Shocking experience. Ordered cream tea by post as a gift to be delivered on 6th June. Was put on van on 6th did not arrive.was put on van on 7th June arrived at 4.55pm. Fresh cream can only be described as runny and very warm.not sure if it's fit to eat. I am embarrassed at giving a gift like this.

Thank you so much, your product is fairly priced and the delivery service excellent! They say 3rd time lucky. Prior to buying from your company I had two bad experiences with two separate companies receiving only part of my orders and then losing money because it was delivered to another address and was apparently signed for. A courier service that doesn’t leave parcels at the door and doesn’t work weekends is a pretty difficult service to receive parcels from!!! 2 parcel in 2 weeks with a poor experience. First was a frozen package and instead of leaving at the door (which is shaded) it went back into the delivery network and delivered again 2 days later where half of package was no longer frozen. 2nd parcel I needed for the weekend, instead it was sent to a sorting depot in another part of the country. By the time they got it back it was too late for to get it to me on the Friday and crazily they don’t deliver weekends which meant Tuesday after the bank holiday. Then when they tried to redeliver I was in the shower didn’t hear the door, but again they didn’t leave the parcel at the door like every other courier service!!! Now over 1 week after I need it, and can’t reschedule a suitable delivery as I am working and they don’t deliver weekends.

A company who pretend to be akin to DHL, for example they give you a two hour delivery slot and e-mail & text you to that effect. Then they don't deliver & do not inform you, then the consignment number drops off the radar so you cannot track it anymore. If you can't deliver even on the same day stop wasting people's time and don't even pretend you can do it at a specific time. Don't get me wrong accidents can happen but on those occasions, rescan the parcel & send an automated text so the customer doesn't have to wait around in vain. Apparently, they stop delivering around 5pm so if you haven't received it by then forget it. Useless

' Dont buy anything from them shocking behaviour/delivery driver ‘ Don’t buy anything from them I’ve ordered CBD gummies from this company CBD GURU,got a tracking number with APC then wait for the parcel… Delivery guy arrived rang the bell and then left my parcel outside my door! I wasn’t in the Uk at that time so when I checked my email it said the parcel been delivered and signed by me?!! Check my RING doorbell footage and I have seen the delivery man left my parcel outside my door!! When my son arrived home from work hours later the parcel was gone as someone picked up and took it. Email sent to the company been promised will send another parcel so I was hoping this is it …. Then next day the same delivery man came to my house rang the doorbell and gone…. No parcel was delivered he’s just came to my house and rang the doorbell which is very strange behaviour! Email sent again with a cctv footages and I asked the company to contact the courier and ask them to stop the delivery man coming to my house for no reason.Apologies accepted and then the next day the same delivery man came to my house again for no reason and rang the doorbell. My son opened the door and he started to talking about the parcel he’s left outside my door a week ago!? My son explained I’m not at home but he said he will come back tomorrow!!! That’s enough! Email sent to the company again but NO RESPONSE in this time! I’ve been told yesterday they will resend my parcel but today they said “if we will resend your parcel it’s going to be the same courier “ so more likely they won’t resend the parcel! So I’m in the situation when I’m running out of my medicine and the company decided not to respond to my last email anymore! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the delivery driver as I feel harassed now as he’s still coming back to my house for no reason but I’m shocked by the company behaviour! They did apologise first but when the driver came back again and I said I feel harassed they just gone quiet and ignore me! I’ve never experienced this behaviour before and I will post this on social media including with my cctv footages and if the driver comes back again I will report him to the police! Also I’ve complained to the courier so we will see what happens but I would not buy anything from this company never again! It’s happened in February! Wow!Today the delivery driver refused to deliver the vegan gummies to our house and put a note “the customer refused to take a parcel “ Situation is I’ve ordered some gummies months ago and the APC DELIVERY DRIVER left a parcel at the door and gone than he’s put a note “the parcel been delivered and signed by me” in fact I wasn’t in the Uk even! Of course the parcel gone as someone picked up by the time my son came home and I complained to both company! See my previous feedback please. Look like the company can’t accept the negative feedback as a result they blocked me completely so I can’t buy anything but don’t worry as I don’t want to buy from them anymore! But what I wasn’t expected APC DRIVER refused to deliver to our house even it wasn’t my order!In fact he’s lied and put a note “customer refused to take a parcel “! Just because I’ve complained about the driver who is came back to my house 3x and wonder around for no reason! Absolutely disgusting behaviour! My friend waiting for a refund now and I will warn everyone to be prepared and not to buy anything as you will definitely have a problem with a delivery service and if you want to complain you will be blocked by the CBD GURU COMPANY! Don’t use APC THEY ARE A WORSE C0URIER COMPANY IN THE UK!

Order was due for delivery on 25th never arrived no contact from apc advising on the delay spoke to the supplier who managed to contact them and was advised that I would receive my order the following day by 12pm. Still waiting tracked my order online another 10 deliveries before they get to me. Order is perishable terrible service

Not genuine service , APC will deliver your order estimated between 12:16 and 14:16 on 25/05/2023. Consignment number: 0122487. This is a no reply text. Expecting time. APC attempted to deliver your JM Posner Ltd order consignment number 0122487 at 25/05/2023 09:00. To arrange a free re-delivery go to: apccalled.com/?con=0122487 This is a no reply text. Driver never been there. Update fake details. And next available delivery date is after 6 days. It’s a joke.

No idea what was wrong with our driver. Parked way further up the road, took a picture of a house (back of a house, and on a different road entirely mind you), angled to make it look like he was outside a house after failing to deliver, and marked the delivery as closed/carded. We have CCTV on our property, which shows no attempt was made whatsoever to deliver the package. Still waiting for package! Seriously? Where do you hire your drivers?

The delivery man made a poor attempt to deliver my package. Waited home all day. Bell was working and as I had had the postman, even Evri delivery and visitors. Customer service (for SE6) was even worse. The official show very little understanding saying his driver did not drive to my door just to take photos to prove I wasn’t there. As a former postman of 12 year at the Royal Mail I will call this poor service.

No notification a delivery was due unlike other delivery companies. Card left with instructions on reschedule. Attempt to reschedule but it tells me it has already been done. So they tried to deliver again on a day I'm not in and another card. Tried to reschedule again but get same message. When it has not turned up after a few days I emailed them only to be told they only try twice and I need to contact sender. Even though I did not have any input on the 2nd delivery they went ahead and done it themselves and now refuse to help. Would never use this company as their rescheduling system is not fit for purpose and the curt response from their transport team.

Absolutely abysmal service! I my delivery was due for delivery on 10th May ready for my MOT. Two out of the four items were delivered without any explanation about the missing items. I waited a few days and then checked tracking info to find my delivery was marked “closed/carded”? We never received any card or communication of any sort from APC so I rang the local depot and was told the missing items were in their depot and I could go and collect them. I made the 60 mile round trip to Birmingham depot on Saturday 13th May as I needed them for the following Monday for the MOT. However, when I got to the depot they couldn’t find my items! They claimed that they had tried to call the driver who last had them to no avail so I had to come home without them. I missed my MoT and had to re-arrange it due to this incompetence! I then arranged delivery for these items for Wednesday 17th May and took an another day off work and waited in but no delivery yet again. By 2pm I was at the end of my tether so I rang APC to find out where my delivery was only to be told it had been re-rooted to the next day 18th May. I asked to speak to a Manager as I was so angry and was passed to someone called Angela who promised me she would find out what was going on and call me back. Angela did call me back about 15minutes later and told me she had arranged for another driver to drop my items off later that day at around 4 - 4.30pm. By 5.30pm no delivery had been received so I called APC again to see where my items were and was told the driver was on the way. Finally a few minutes later my items arrived! All in all an appalling service all round!! APC Overnight are incompetent, clueless and extremely unreliable! I certainly will not be purchasing anything from anybody that is using this “so called” delivery company ever again!

We have waited a week for our overnight parcel. We were emailed “updates” over four days saying it was on its way. Then an email advising it had been delivered on Monday. When queried we were told the driver “said” it was delivered but later that day they said it was lost 😡. We kept badgering APC to find our parcel and eventually it was handed to us today (Wednesday), a week after being sent out by APC who then had passed it over to YDL Darlington. I’ll NEVER use this company again - that parcel was worth a fortune, so we were sweating to say the least! AWFUL SERVICE!

Still waiting on APC Overnight to deliver my perishable order from Townings Farm. Consignment Number 0000595. They claimed to have made a delivery attempt when the driver did not ring the bell as I work from home. Phoned the retailer who said she was informed the driver was going to re-deliver this afternoon. Still waiting. The last delivery from Townings Farm was flawless. What's wrong with this driver? Can't be bothered? My order is perishable. This is utterly disgraceful!

Ordered a birthday cake for a five year olds birthday party on a Sunday. APC were given the cake on Thursday to deliver the next day but didn’t deliver it until the Monday,the day after the party had already been held. No explanation was given despite telephone calls and emails. Avoid! Appalling service.

Absolutely appalling service costing our charity unnecessary expenses! We were promised that our delivery was going to be made on Friday 12th May it's only just arrived Monday 15th May. We will never make a purchase online knowing that APC will be delivering it!

horrible business account service the shipping has been lost , I called the depot and no one knows anything,I wrote on here , nothing! My customers furious cause it was needed urgently and that item was the last one in stock ! So big problem has been caused ! And my concern was real about the service as I wrote via mail to them on the 11th (when the parcel should've been delivered ) And nothing, customers service don’t even consider me, sake manager either, branch either. that’s the way they treat a business account!!!

Very poor customers service. I have a business account with them, used it , gladly, very few times because the booking format and website is very confusing. No emails and messages to both sender and receiver. Tracking doesn’t work, nonetheless , after my concern about the service issues , they replied, it was all in order and working…..and they lost the parcel!!! Parcel sent Wednesday for next day delivery, today Saturday disappeared from the system. My client s furious, was the last item in stock . Big problem , big loss caused!!!

Really appalling service. I am now three weeks into a next day delivery order. When I get through to services dept, i'm always told "we'll put it on the van for delivery on xxx". I have waited in, pointlessly, on 10 occasions now. There's no interest or accountability from their service department. If anybody buys something online and these are the couriers, manage your expectations.
