It has been two days and my parcel still haven’t arrived. This was supposed to be a “next day delivery” service. I contacted the company who promised it would be delivered today, but again it did not arrived. Tried contacting them again but they then stopped responding to me. Very poor service experience.

What went wrong is not the right question! So, far it would be better to ask if anything has gone right, to which the only answer would be 'nothing at all'! A parcel was despatched to me on 30th November, and was received in your Edinburgh depot on 1st December. Despite being 'overnight', no attempt was made to send it out until 17th December, when a delivery in a two hour slot was promised. It did not arrive and no subsequent attempt has been made to attempt delivery. Daily phone calls from me and from the company sending the parcel were met by assertions that 'it was out for delivery today' or 'is going out tomorrow' (sometimes both statements were made in a single day). It seems as if call centre staff have access to no reliable information themselves and instead have been instructed to lie to customers, to fob them off with meaningless promises. When taxed with this, one receptionist admitted she could give no guarantee that the promised delivery would actually occur. This is utterly disgraceful. Other delivery companies have been on occasion a day or two late over this period, due to Covid related problems. APC is now ONE MONTH LATE with an overnight delivery. There is no point in my being stern with the call centre staff. The problem lies entirely at the feet of the management of the Edinburgh depot. If APC customer relations wishes to respond to this review, may I ask whoever does so not just to say they are sorry I have had a bad experience - in fact the worst ever encountered with a courier company - but instead to give some assurances that, firstly, the problem will be sorted immediately, and secondly, that steps will be taken to prevent anything like it happening again.

Dreadful company. They appear to be still in the dark ages. No delivery updates that are of any use. No delivery time slot Tried to organise re-delivery and can`t. Even parcel force give better updates and delivery time slots. Their reviews speak for themselves. AVOID THIS COMPANY

delivered to an address in Southampton as this is the closest address to mine with similar name. i would not recommend this company to deliver any kind of parcel as they appear to not be able to read the label which clearly stated not only my post code but my town as well. the parcel ended up being delivered by a Samaritan whom could have easily kept the item that i had ordered.

20 days that my parcel is stuck at Edinburgh depot. The local team do not answer on the phone and when I went on site they couldn’t find my parcel. Their centralized office has not been able to help neither. Today I received a text saying that the parcel would finally be delivered and a few hours later I received a second text saying that they missed me because I was not home. This is absolutely wrong, I was present and they didn’t even show up or try calling. I am now fighting with the central office to reschedule a delivery and I jut been hanged up on. Next day delivery service - WHAT A JOKE

I’ve used APC for my business for a few years with no issues, however if you need to make a claim don’t bother! I’ve never dealt with a company so blatantly uncooperative in my 22 years of business. What should be a simple claim as they damaged a £500 motorcycle part in transit, has been a backward and forward chain of messages that have asked for things, taking a week to acknowledge returned email and then saying “claim closed” because it’s taken too long! I have given them numerous ways to sort this out and now am taking them to small claims court and reporting them to trading standards!

Wanting info on a late parcel. I called customer "service "waited in queue for 30 mins then they hung up as I reached nr 1 tracking is either broken or my parcel is not moving will probably have to cancel my order atrocious company

They have had my parcel for 7 days no email update nothing from them phone constantly engaged worse courier service

They’ve had my parcel from the merchant for 10 days, I get a daily email saying that they’ll deliver by such and such a time, but then no delivery is even attempted. Today I am number 48 on the route it’s noon and they’re at number 10, yesterday I was number 34 and they stopped delivering after number 24, on there way back to the depot the van came within about 50 meters of my house. They never answer the phone, the merchant has been great and tried to contact apc too but to no avail.

Apc where is my parcel? You keep saying you will deliver and don’t turn up - then had the cheek to say it will be the last attempt! - er na mate deliver it like you said you was, you have attempted once. I’m isolating so no excuse that I ain’t home! You can’t call them and they ignore your emails I’ve even asked for head office but I’m being ignored

Ordered from a lovely girl some perishable items. Usually always delivered on time except this time. Been in transit since the 16th. I’m really hoping it comes by Monday but I’m not holding my breathe.

How sad. I ordered some cheese from a lovely shop I remembered. Nice people, good reliable business. But APC have stuffed it up, they have caused a dispute between myself and the owner of this nice shop, because the perishable goods the business sent out (in good faith) are nowhere to be seen. APC. Brilliant 'overnight' firm!! Get this: No delivery. No tracking available. No phones being answered. No replies to anything at all. No parcel, a long time later. "A-wful P-iece of C-rap" says a friend who is with me now (I don't swear). Thanks [Jemima?] for wrecking some personal relationships as well as failing to provide any service at all. Have a good Xmas. We won't.

Absolutely terrible service .zero stars.. I have video the driver never attempted to deliver couldn't park I phoned the depot and was assured it would be out on Saturday. Now after waiting in all morning (they have a tracking app that said it was out for delivery ) also a pinpoint app that does not work!!!!####. phoned the depot "sorry one of my personell put it in the.wrong bin , it's scanned to go out " words fail me I am emailing the company I bought from and an insisting they don't use them again or I'm taking my business elsewhere ÀPC stands for Awful Parcel Company

Placed order with supply company that use APC.Stated to them safe place options if no answer.Delivery guy refused safe place option.and pushed non delivery card through letterbox.Arranged second delivery next day.Placed info on front door and even my contact number.Guy came again which was good pushed delivery note through door stating left with neighbour also good.Found out later my wife was in both times and heard letterbox go on both days.Guy had not even knocked or rang doorbell and only left with my neighbour because he was about at the time. (Verdict) Came on days stated but who ever is in charge of recruitment must of let our delivery man slip through the net.Needs to go on a refresher course for common sense.

Appalling! No customer service, no reply to emails, no attempt to deliver on original delivery day, they say I was carded, I was not. Sender rearranged delivery for Saturday and I waited all day, no delivery. No update on tracking page, no reply to email sent asking where my delivery is. Today tracking says it is out for delivery, guess what? I was in all day and have received nothing. It’s 5pm and is 13 days since my order, which although it said 1-7 days was actually sent overnight. Such a waste of time. Why do companies continue to use couriers who are abysmal? I now have to cancel the order as it will not arrive before I leave.

Never had any problems till this week .Sent a parcel on an overnight FRAGILE service, It was very well wrapped with stiff card, bubble wrap and fragile tape. It took 6 days to arrive broken. Out for delivery 3 days probably rattling around in the back of the van. The depot was 227 in Avondale Industrial Estate. No replies to e mails, once answered the phone to say they would do there best to get it delivered. No answer from APC phone ever.No apologies. Get your act together APC!

ZERO stars for Always Problem Couriers, zero contact from the depot my parcel has been sat in for 3 days sent multiple emails no reply multi attempts to get through to the phone just cuts off. Tried the HO email all you get is the copy pasted reply of because of covid, yeah every other courier service seems to work just fine. They were terrible pre covid now they got an excuse. Shocking would advice any company to avoid using APC if they actually want their goods being delivered to someone in 24hours (bit ambitious) and just pay a bit more for a better courier. The rest of the reviews here also speak volume of how bad this company is. Pay peanuts get monkeys comes to mind.

Bloody awful!!! Delivery due Wednesday and they carded even though I was here all day with two very yappy dogs, so they can’t have tried very hard! Agreed to deliver Thursday, waited in all day again - no delivery. Phoned depot at 4pm ‘we can’t tell you what time but it should be today’. It didn’t come. Friday phone again, told it ‘should be today’ and ‘it’s on the van but he has a lot of deliveries’ and no indication of time as he’s going off ‘paperwork’ (the 21st century called guys!!). Phoned HO, told they’ll look into it an come straight back to me. That was over an hour ago, no callback. Tried them again and the line automatically cuts you off. So I’ve sat hostage in my house for THREE DAYS - on top of this it’s a fridge for my new house so I can’t even get any food in. JOKERS
