Notified me that my parcel would be collected (from my work address) between 16:50 and 18:50 on Tuesday. We close at 5pm, but I waited until 7. No collection, no apology. The next day (Wednesday), a new notification tells me it will be collected between 15:30 and 17:30. I stay late again, but no collection. This morning (Thursday), I have a new email, saying collection will be between 10 and 12:00. But I have an out of office meeting at 10, so I won't be here.

Absolutely rubbish! This delivery company is an absolute joke! Rubbish company Rubbish drivers, no wonder they don't bother to help the customer getting their parcels who actually keeps them alive!

Haven’t even had my parcel yet and my experience is bad. Just found a missed delivery card outside my front door on Sunday evening on the drive, from an attempted delivery on Thursday am. Why wasn’t it put through my letterbox????? Lucky the weather has been dry and no wind or I would never know! We don’t use our front door and rarely open it so we wouldn’t know anything was there. No date on the card, I only know the date after I went online to rebook a delivery date. Would love to arrange redelivery to my work, but the card says they need authorisation from the sender so please contact them. How do I know who sent the parcel? The card only gave a consignment number and I have four different goods on order at the moment!!!!! The parcel better turn up on Friday else I’ll lose my s***!

Thay said the made delivery attempt yesterday I was in all day thay lied and just took it to depot hat to go hackford st London to pick it up ref 0027684 causing me great inconvenience

I have had nothing but problems with the delivery I was supposed to have. I never got told when they was turning up so I missed them. I rearranged to get it delivered I stayed in all day and they never turned up tried the app and it would not download on my phone because my phone was to new. So I emailed them took for ever to get a reply and when I did it was no use. I phoned at 5:30 tried for a hour and all I keepet was phone up on the opening hours 7am to 7pm. Next day I got hold of someone and they eventually told me they sent it back to the sender. Let that day I got emails say they tried on the the day I stayed in witch they didn't so they lied to me as well. The worst delivery firm I have ever had to deal with

Apc overnight is the worst delivery company in the planet, lucky I couldn't gove you 0 star,you don't even deserve 1 star,been waiting to collect my parcel for 2 days,and all what I have is just email saying we will collect it tomorrow, and when I spoke to them they said the driver was there at 1 o'clock (god knows why he didn't call or email or even knock the door),so I missed the collection again,and I can't even book again because is past 5 pm.

Ordered a parcel that has mobility aids in it for myself and my partner as we are both disabled and in need of these. The parcel was free overnight delivery and still has not arrived 3 days later. Every time it says it's close the tracker loses signal and then no one shows up. Shocking delivery service considering myself and my partner can't leave the house without these mobility aids and we've been stuck in the house waiting.

My mum got a parcel this morning, i had left the house to go to the shop. My mum rang me very upset as the delivery driver had come into the house. She was absolutely terrified as she is in a wheelchair. I would not use apc again after this

Think i have had over 100 parcels delivered by apc. I would say around 15 were on tine and correct. I dont know what else i can say but its a misery company.

Horrendous, initially received email suggesting delivery failed as no one was home. I was and my Ring doorbell confirmed nobody had come to my door at that time. Later claimed they could not get to my property as the top of my road was blocked. That was correct but I live on the corner of 2 roads which meant 2 other access options to get to me. I was told the driver could only follow their GPS?! No issues with DPD, Amazon and Sainsbury's delivering on the same day. Making their client look bad. Steer clear.

Delivery scheduled for Friday, it arrived on Thursday when no was home. Driver asked (begged) for permission to leave with neighbour but preferred it I needed on the Friday). I backed up my request on the online system which was confirmed. Driver then told them I said I wanted it Saturday (when I'm not home) so he wouldn't have to deliver the item. I asked if they do a same day service - they said yes but you haven't paid for that service. I had to drive an hour each way to Maidstone to collect my order. I do not recommend this courier!

Shocking experience. Ordered cream tea by post as a gift to be delivered on 6th June. Was put on van on 6th did not arrive.was put on van on 7th June arrived at 4.55pm. Fresh cream can only be described as runny and very warm.not sure if it's fit to eat. I am embarrassed at giving a gift like this.

Prior to buying from your company I had two bad experiences with two separate companies receiving only part of my orders and then losing money because it was delivered to another address and was apparently signed for. A courier service that doesn’t leave parcels at the door and doesn’t work weekends is a pretty difficult service to receive parcels from!!! 2 parcel in 2 weeks with a poor experience. First was a frozen package and instead of leaving at the door (which is shaded) it went back into the delivery network and delivered again 2 days later where half of package was no longer frozen. 2nd parcel I needed for the weekend, instead it was sent to a sorting depot in another part of the country. By the time they got it back it was too late for to get it to me on the Friday and crazily they don’t deliver weekends which meant Tuesday after the bank holiday. Then when they tried to redeliver I was in the shower didn’t hear the door, but again they didn’t leave the parcel at the door like every other courier service!!! Now over 1 week after I need it, and can’t reschedule a suitable delivery as I am working and they don’t deliver weekends.

A company who pretend to be akin to DHL, for example they give you a two hour delivery slot and e-mail & text you to that effect. Then they don't deliver & do not inform you, then the consignment number drops off the radar so you cannot track it anymore. If you can't deliver even on the same day stop wasting people's time and don't even pretend you can do it at a specific time. Don't get me wrong accidents can happen but on those occasions, rescan the parcel & send an automated text so the customer doesn't have to wait around in vain. Apparently, they stop delivering around 5pm so if you haven't received it by then forget it. Useless

' Dont buy anything from them shocking behaviour/delivery driver ‘ Don’t buy anything from them I’ve ordered CBD gummies from this company CBD GURU,got a tracking number with APC then wait for the parcel… Delivery guy arrived rang the bell and then left my parcel outside my door! I wasn’t in the Uk at that time so when I checked my email it said the parcel been delivered and signed by me?!! Check my RING doorbell footage and I have seen the delivery man left my parcel outside my door!! When my son arrived home from work hours later the parcel was gone as someone picked up and took it. Email sent to the company been promised will send another parcel so I was hoping this is it …. Then next day the same delivery man came to my house rang the doorbell and gone…. No parcel was delivered he’s just came to my house and rang the doorbell which is very strange behaviour! Email sent again with a cctv footages and I asked the company to contact the courier and ask them to stop the delivery man coming to my house for no reason.Apologies accepted and then the next day the same delivery man came to my house again for no reason and rang the doorbell. My son opened the door and he started to talking about the parcel he’s left outside my door a week ago!? My son explained I’m not at home but he said he will come back tomorrow!!! That’s enough! Email sent to the company again but NO RESPONSE in this time! I’ve been told yesterday they will resend my parcel but today they said “if we will resend your parcel it’s going to be the same courier “ so more likely they won’t resend the parcel! So I’m in the situation when I’m running out of my medicine and the company decided not to respond to my last email anymore! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the delivery driver as I feel harassed now as he’s still coming back to my house for no reason but I’m shocked by the company behaviour! They did apologise first but when the driver came back again and I said I feel harassed they just gone quiet and ignore me! I’ve never experienced this behaviour before and I will post this on social media including with my cctv footages and if the driver comes back again I will report him to the police! Also I’ve complained to the courier so we will see what happens but I would not buy anything from this company never again! It’s happened in February! Wow!Today the delivery driver refused to deliver the vegan gummies to our house and put a note “the customer refused to take a parcel “ Situation is I’ve ordered some gummies months ago and the APC DELIVERY DRIVER left a parcel at the door and gone than he’s put a note “the parcel been delivered and signed by me” in fact I wasn’t in the Uk even! Of course the parcel gone as someone picked up by the time my son came home and I complained to both company! See my previous feedback please. Look like the company can’t accept the negative feedback as a result they blocked me completely so I can’t buy anything but don’t worry as I don’t want to buy from them anymore! But what I wasn’t expected APC DRIVER refused to deliver to our house even it wasn’t my order!In fact he’s lied and put a note “customer refused to take a parcel “! Just because I’ve complained about the driver who is came back to my house 3x and wonder around for no reason! Absolutely disgusting behaviour! My friend waiting for a refund now and I will warn everyone to be prepared and not to buy anything as you will definitely have a problem with a delivery service and if you want to complain you will be blocked by the CBD GURU COMPANY! Don’t use APC THEY ARE A WORSE C0URIER COMPANY IN THE UK!

Order was due for delivery on 25th never arrived no contact from apc advising on the delay spoke to the supplier who managed to contact them and was advised that I would receive my order the following day by 12pm. Still waiting tracked my order online another 10 deliveries before they get to me. Order is perishable terrible service

Not genuine service , APC will deliver your order estimated between 12:16 and 14:16 on 25/05/2023. Consignment number: 0122487. This is a no reply text. Expecting time. Driver never been there. Update fake details. And next available delivery date is after 6 days. It’s a joke.
