Last 4 overnight deliveries have all resulted in an email saying driver has attempted delivery today at such a time. No card left and definitely haven’t attempted as I have had to take time off work to wait for vital work related items to be delivered. The last delivery arrived 2 weeks after sending. Refuse to leave with a neighbour if you try to select the option if you need to go out at any point. Even tried to collect from depot but got turned away for that on one of the failed deliveries.

This is a rant but with hopefully a helping message also. Parcel took over a week to arrive. Three visits were attempted, two at the wrong house, one image was of a tree with no leaves. I called every day and spent about 3 hours in total attempting to get it sorted. Customer services are polite and appear to help but their promises went unfounded every time. Who knows where the breakdown happens(Cannock)? Helpful bit: I did ask how they find the properties and was told will use 'what three words.' Was it that, that helped it arrive? Who knows, the parcel has my mobile on it but will they call? Who you kiddin.....

god this company is just another carrier that can't work properly with driver who dont want to deliver - no one works there and they never pick up the phone - 40mn on the phone to be hanged up, to tell me not many people are working today - ^^ Got ahold of a team member which was kind enough to try look into it, got me the number of the local depot, someone answered, transfer me of course, now 49mn and still on hold..... Come on guys !

Driver shown on cctv knocking lightly on door waited 10 seconds then left. I have a perfectly functioning and obvious door bell and was in waiting for my urgent parcel. Tried contacting APC with the reference number provided on their missed delivery text, but told not a valid number and to contact the sender. Sadly seems typical of drivers who are pushed for time and not concerned about customer actually getting their items, only that they can get round their route as quickly as possible. No idea where my delivery is now

The driver didn't knock, didn't ring, just drove away, me and my family were at home at the time. I saw the van driving away. Called the depo, they contacted the driver, he has a photo of my door. Well done, he knows how to use the camera. How about teaching him how to actually deliver parcels? Now as I have zero trust the driver can do his job, I'll have to drive to the depot to collect.

Driver delivering rug doctor , knocked at door we walked down 15 steps to front door we were at top of stairs ..he got into van ( after taking photo of the door closed on an angle approaching the door ) knocked once and rang bell ,we got to door as he was getting into his van ,he turned around we waved him down he drove past us disgracefully ..this is what happens when a big company sub contracts to a smaller cheap one insuring there is no responsibility ..I don't really think he even had it on the van myself ..took picture before the door ..rang bell got back in van and we shouted at him as well ..deaf as well as brainless ...

Absolutely disgraceful service by this company Would have given zero stars if possible! Driver couldn’t be bothered to even look for the Adress, lied no access intercom when in fact there's no intercom, second time took a picture of dor and left without ringing or knoking at the dor. 3th time didn't show up at all! When he supposed to deliver between 4and 6 pm. When I called to speak with the operator they hang up on me!

Would give no stars if I could. Delivery didn't arrive on the due date and tracking not working. Still not delivered the following day. Called and told "yeah, the driver didn't put it into today's either because no room." If it's already been missed should have been one of the first loaded, no? More importantly, it was a fresh food product hence the need for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. Product now ruined and customer service far too blase.

The most terrible carrier in UK. This is not the first time we have not received a package from them. The customer is not satisfied because he does not receive the shipment, the seller earns because he must refund. How does such a delivery still exist?

Appalling delivery Company. They failed to deliver my "next day delivery parcel" on two consecutive days. Their excuse on both days was that from 3pm their drivers stop delivering & start collections.

Paid for next day delivery. Driver said we weren’t in when there was 3 of us here!! Complained. Customer Service did ring back and said they would see what they could do. That was Friday and nothing since even though I sent them a complaint again yesterday. Glad to hear the company I used are now going to send the parcel with DPD. Would never use APC

Got a delivery today, parcel had fragile tape all over it, and what did the delivery driver do he dropped it over my 6 feet gate in the rain also, Goods damaged inside 😡😡

I wont purchase from any company that uses APC for deliveries. Absolute worst service I've ever experienced after wasting two seperate days waiting for a delivery that never happens (even after confirmation emails).

I ordered a small freezer from cookology on 14th Februrary for next day delivery.. I took a day off work but it didnt arrive, I was told by your head office it couldnt fit on the van.. I waited in again all the next day.. 16th It did not arrive.. I had a call from your head office to tell me it would definately arrive today 17th before mid day.. the depot had given there word because I had already been let down twice. Once again I have been let down. I have just rung the depot..to be told it couldnt fit on the van.. third day running.. and the could try for monday. I an completely disgusted by your company.. excellence.. I dont think so.. this is a rubbish company.. that cannot be trusted.

Worst delivery company ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. A package should have been delivered 2 days ago…..and it was but not only to the wrong street but a totally different town! Even though the delivery photo clearly showed my address on the parcel. Chase up phone calls have proved essentially fruitless and i am still waiting for the delivery which apparently has been retrieved from the wrong address! Watch this space!

Terrible service....I have medical supplies delivered by APC and for the last 12 months I've had nothing but delays and problems with them delivering stock to me. I reckon the people giving the good reviews are by the APC workers themselves
