Consignment number 0005661, containing concrete sealer, was delivered over a week ago and clearly marked to keep upright. The driver left it on it's side, on a carpet, at the foot of an 85 year old disabled ladies stair. The 25 litre container leaked, causing damage to her carpet and making her feel sick with the smell. The carpet and part underlay had to be lifted to get rid of the fumes. The Dumfries depot manager attended the next day and said to get a price for the partial carpet replacement and it would be dealt with. Despite phoning 2, sometimes 3 times a day, all I get told is that someone will phone me back later the same day. Despite telling them that there is a serious trip hazard for my mother, nobody bothers to get it dealt with, or even have the courtesy to call me back

APC have had my parcel since the 21st June, it's now 01st July, and it still hasn't been delivered. They don't respond to emails and lie. Three times, I've been told it was being delivered the next day, and three times, it hasn't arrived. I've lost money waiting at home for a parcel never to come. Their customer service is atrocious. One day they told me it was on the van and should arrive anytime, whereas they told the company that sent the parcel it was still at their depot. I will be avoiding using any company that uses APC as their courier in the future.

You Can't run a business, relying on this service. 90% of the time, they do not pick up to collect. When you let them know they haven't collected, they say definitely today and they don't turn up again, unbelievable. Also delivers to wrong address and loose packages. Even when you advise your account manager of all the problems, still not any better.

I was given a 3 hr delivery window 11.30 - 13.30 I'm in all day so no problem.... used the so called tracking around 17.00 to see the van was within 1/4 mile of my house and must have driven past it to get from his last position... now I see the van is 20 miles away and disappearing into Liverpool. 'Current stop' 23 never changed in the hour it was in my area I'm stop 25...not holding my breath as its now approaching 18.00 utterly dismal.

They are useless. Drove right past the house without delivering. Couldn't contact them. Mr Garlick must be lying. Gave my post code over the phone so I could be forwarded to the right depot and was put through to a line that doesn't exist. Waited in all day. Watched my item on tracking pass the house on its way back to the depot. My conclusion is the parcel wasn't even in the van, but APC didn't want to admit it hadn't even made it to the depot since they glibbly claim 24 hour delivery

APC are the dirty end of the courier trail, they offer to take goods from Scottish Couriers and deliver in the UK on a "Next Day" basis. Scotland has many nice things they sell to the world, and one item is Highland Beef. APC have managed to "Loose" over 25 consignments of Beef since Xmas from one supplier, let alone how many others have gone missing, or how many bottles of whisky have also disappeared. My consignment made at all the way down to within 20 miles of my home, when it suddenly disappeared and was removed from the system. Jamie in customer relations advised eventually that my issue was with the supplier, who also advised that APC are not actually capable of next day delivery undertakings, they deliver when it suits them, and it seems, divert goods when it suits, - I suspect there was a good BBQ hours after my consignment melted away. No compensation, a loss for the supplier and at worst a dreadful waste of an animal, in the event that a rotten parcel is actually delivered days late. I've purchased from sellers who use APC 3 times. Never has APC actually delivered the item to the right address. Attempting to contact them is a nightmare, with warehouse telephone numbers that are actually automated voice mails. If by some miracle you actually manage to get in touch with someone they will flat out lie to you- i was told they would tell the driver that had just delivered my parcel to the wrong address to go get it back! Couldnt do anything but laugh at how ridiculous that was, and obviously that never happened.

readful service. My £1,450 electric bike was stolen by one of their drivers. I waited in three days for delivery, I couldn't contact anybody by phone. When I did, they were not helpful and never called back with updates. Their driver delivered me a box of plants instead of my bike. Their Security confirmed the theft and then I was just left. After searching for an ebike for over a year that would suit my build I was basically ignored. I'd never use this company again. Also their vans are unlike those shown on their website. DISGUSTING!

Would give a "no" star but they don't give that option for a reason! Parcal delivery just down the road, then all for some reason went off to drop a parcel 15 miles away before ours? Paid next day delivery for a reason, for it not to be delivered next day! Companies having to refund for this companies problems of organization... There's a reason big companies like amazon don't use them! Now parcel isn't being tracked online, don't know where pacel is... Waste of space! 1.5 star for a very good reason! Want my email address to confirm this is genuine, joke company! Avoid at all costs, as you wont get what it costs...

Horrible Company Service We've ordered some oysters, on 14th June, and we were assured that in 2 days delivery we will get our product. We called every single day about updates, and every single day there was a new reason and chivalry. Today, 18th of June I called in the morning and I was assured that my parcel will be delivered today, because they have enough drivers and finally no one is sick because of COVID. In 4 days of delivery they only had 2 drivers apparently, and both of them got COVID in this days, this is what I was told. But, in the evening it changed, I was told that it is gonna be delivered on MONDAY. So, I called again, and I was assured by Clare Turner, that I didn't call earlier today, and the circumstances are beyond their control. Then I asked her to call the driver, where she started raising her voice and telling me that at 14PM, the driver already finished his shift. And then Clare Turner, put me on hold, and when I tried calling again, my called wasn't answered. This is the worst delivery company, I have ever worked with, and the worst call centre/ customer service, very rude and unreliable.

Still awaiting a delivery, despite being promised and delivery ‘confirmed’ via email & phone on three separate occasions now. Terrible experience & have no idea the whereabouts of a delivery worth hundreds of pounds. Tracking is useless & tells me nothing. Local office going to voicemail at ten to four on a Friday, says it all.

no parcel for 3 days called 3 times over this with promise of next day delivery, driver could have read the label and left in a safe place but was taken to the depot and just left there. I let my customer down and lost the job over this. Absolutely useless I will never use them again.

They apparently “tried” to leave parcel yesterday, all I got was a card through the door saying it hadn’t been possible to deliver (someone was in all day for the record) and this is not the first time this has happened with APC but all the other companies seem able to deliver. I phoned the depot and arranged to pick item up, arrived the next day to pick item up only to be told item was out on van. Went home and phoned depot only to speak to possibly the rudest woman in the world. Basically if a company uses APC, I won’t be buying from them

Told item being delivered. Given two hour slot. No delivery have emailed them but no response and when you phone you get disconnected after being told system is busy. Awful service will be contacting thevoeople I purchased the item from advising them to find another courier as it will affect on-line orders

I will never be ordering from any seller that uses APC as the delivery company. These morons can't even read simple instructions. I have a big size note stuck to main main door wherein I have written in big capital letters "DOORBELL DOES NOT WORK - PLS LEAVE ANY PARCEL AT THE PORCH" and every delivery company - be it Amazon, Royal Mail, Hermes, Next, Evri etc - they read the note and they follow my instructions. Now I live in a house (bungalow) which has its own private driveway and once you walk through the driveway then you see the main door. So it's not like it's a shared/common space where other people stroll around. It's a home - so you can leave the parcel at the porch and I will get it (just like I get all my other packages) but no - APC does not follow simple instructions. The delivery guy reads the note on the main door and leaves the card behind "Sorry we missed you".. this has happened twice before when I ordered stuff from a different seller. So the best thing for me is to stop ordering from any seller who uses APC - plain and simple. If you can be that big of a dumbass of a company to not use your brains then I do not want to be associated with you in any form. I have already sent an email to the seller to cancel the order and ask APC to bring back the package and I have also told the seller - as long as you use APC - I will not buy from you. It's that simple

I cant believe a company like this still exists in todays world. The service is nothing short of shocking. They are the worst ever delivery company and If I were in your shoes: DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! they cant even tell me where about my parcel is that has a value of £2000

What a completely rubbish company this is. Two weeks running now with 2 different parcels. Basically unless you stay at home between 8am & 6pm it's unlikely you'll get your parcel. You get an email the night before to say that at some point tomorrow, between 8am & 6pm, you're going to get your delivery. You must be in. You must give your signature. You can't tell them to leave it in a safe place. You can't tell them to leave it with a neighbour. You can't change the delivery address. The next day if, per chance, you weren't able at short notice to stay home all day, and you get home after work, which, funnily enough, is also after the APC staff have finished work, you can't re-arrange anything without phoning them, but they've gone home. They only keep the delivery for 3 working days. You have lost 1 working day that day, because you had a few hours notice you had to stay home all day, the next day you lose because you're home too late to speak to anyone on the phone, so then you're at the mercy of whether or not you can get hold of APC to rearrange your delivery, except now you need to take a days sick from work or ask for a days annual leave at short notice so you can be home to get your parcel. So you basically can't get your parcel.
