Monday - emailed time, 90 mins later no delivery 2 Hours later I found received another email "We have attempted to make a delivery to you today, unfortunately there was no one available when we arrived." No bell was rung and card found in garden. I phoned the local depot and was sent a photo of my door with a card stuck in the gap. the photo did not show the intercom. I explained that having lost a days work(pay) I would need to , try to arrange a convenient time Thurs/Fri Tues 27) Ignoring this the dekivery arrived this morning while I was at work (as stated) and the driver claimed to have used the intercom this time, as I was not there did nothing. No card. Arriving back from work I found a card inside my letterbox informing me a parcel had been left with my neighbour. Which I collected. Parcel Force. Had I known that it was another mickey mouse courier I would not have purchased the item. Looks like I will lose more pay. I have contacted the sender to complain. And the score should 2/10

Unadvised delivery whilst at work so I re-arranged for the following day when I was working at home. Sat at home when a e-mail arrived saying delivery attempted but nobody available to receive. Untrue. No attempt to call me and would not consider a third attempt, as they only try twice. I asked the company I purchased from to have the item returned and refund my money. Shocking delivery service.

I waited in throughout the advised delivery window yesterday. My package did not arrive. When I tried (repeatedly) to call your local depot they run you up the press 2 press 1 tree and then hang up after 30 second of on-hold music. You have cost me time and money. How do I apply for compensation? Please let me know.

Pushed card through letterbox after turning up 30 minutes after allotted time slot, we were in, must have knocked on the door with a sponge. Went to depot to pick up parcel, after ringing buzzer to no avail had to ring to get someone to open the door, 40 minutes later I eventually got my parcel. A totally unprofessional and unorganised company.

I recieved an email with tracking information when I tracked the item it told me it was at national hub the next day it was at local depot. I left the porch open to accept delivery nothing arrived. I tracked the item for the next three days eventually I ended up calling them being passed to my local depot. This was Friday 16th September 5 days after I ordered it on overnight delivery. I asked when when I could expect delivery, I was told on Monday (the day of the Queens funeral) I said this was totally unacceptable and was the rudely told to call the sending depot. I asked if they had the parcel and was told to call the sending depot. I then asked if thay did have it could I collect it, they said yes. When we collected it the parcel was empty as the contents had leaked out. Absolutely abismal service do not use APC overnight IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

Awful service use another courier even Hermes for heavens sake!! Still waiting for my Parcel after 3 days, and I get emails saying its going to be delivered each day!!! Cannot get hold of the local depo, the phone just rings until it rings off, or head office which you get to number 2 in the queue after a 20 minute wait and then get "we cannot answer your call right now try again later" Its just so, so poor! APC Overnight is a Con, they do not do what they say they are going to do, it is not a viable, useable courier, use another more reliable provider.

Horribly poor service. Took more than a week to deliver what should have been an overnight service. Failed to leave a card through my front door three times and parcel arrived dented, battered but contents (all plastic bottles thank goodness) were intact. Company never replied to my email and Scott, the poor guy on the phone no doubt inundated with furious customers all day, tried his best, but, understanably sounded just as frustrated with his own company as I was.

1 star is generous ordered a gift for a birthday was due Saturday they claimed to of tried to deliver at 1103 when I was sat in the front room a big lie that was rescheduled for Tuesday did not arrive then they emailed saying Wednesday to which it never arrived again then today they said it would come so finished work early so lost money and guess what still hasn't come they don't reply to any messages you leave for them thoa place should be shut down its not fot for purpose I'm sat here almost a week after delivery was die and still no package

The food itself was great however the postal company that The Charcuterie Box use is absolutely terrible - horrific. I will never order from The Charcuterie Box as long as they continue to use APC Overnight delivery company. The delivery company said they tried delivering, however I was at home all day and they did not even get out of their van to try and deliver it. They said there was an attempted delivery - which is a lie. I called them as soon as I got the notification and they offered to deliver it to me on the same day. However this was also a lie. When I tried calling back there was no answer. When I went to collect my delivery from their depot the next day, I was met with a very annoyed receptionist that almost refused to give me my package. As well as that, when I showed that it was my delivery with my consignment number etc. they then went and got my delivery but reappeared with 5 staff members - which was quite intimidating. Overall this experience means that I’ll never order from the Charcuterie Box again because of the delivery service they use. This is a shame because the food was actually great.

Absolute terrible service I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it forces you to give a least 1 star...They don't deliver when they say they will, they even then lie that they tried to deliver (i have the video proof of that)...and then even after complaining for days and customer service telling you that it is being delivered that day, it still doesn't get delivered...

Absolutely useless. Tell one lie after another. They told me the parcel was going to be delivered between 8 and 10 this morning. No sign. Phoned helpline they said they tried to deliver. They never did. Then said the delivery will be between 12.00 and 1.00 Telephoned the company and they told me the guy FORGOT to put it the parcel on the van. It was a cooker hob and the engineer was booked to fit it. I lost £45.... NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

This consignment [APC1053432] was due to be COLLECTED today. Your driver [APC] arrived at our gate, but didn't bother to collect from the house as per the stated requirements on the booking detail. He just turned around and disappeared. When i spoke with your HQ [Sharna], i was told the Shrewsbury depot will let me know what's happening. I received a voicemail saying the driver was 'off-line' but they would get back to me to let me know what happening. They have not. Again when i call your HQ number i either get cut off or connected to some bloke who has children in the background which he cannot control so he also cut me off. Cracking customer service, I don't think so. I have a customer waiting for this consignment tomorrow. This is the second time in a row you have done this to me with no good reason other than what appears than 'the driver cannot be bothered to collect from the house' which is obviously far too difficult to do. All the stuff on your telephone holding message about how good you are and how you put the customer first when you cannot even answer the phone to a customer is an absolute joke.

Hello Where the hell is my APC overnight parcel it was to be Friday then rescheduled for today & when I called apc this morning it was out for delivery so stayed in tracked it was at number 10 delivery in mountcastle and I'm number 20 delivery so sitting then tracked again & can't track anymore I'm effing fuming where is it I needed this by today for my work They say no answer on buzzer strange so checked our security cameras on both windows and above stair door at time stated as 15.08 and from 15.00 onwards no delivery was attempted this is bad service to lie to customers I want my parcel please

My re delivered never showed up! Can’t call them and no replies to my email. Before you order of a shop(Ordered with Hughes) check if they use ACP then stay well clear!!! Disgusting service. Worst in UK

Liverpool depot My delivery never turned up, had to ring to find out where it was and was told the driver had been told to 'return to depot' even though he was 500 yards from my house. I was told they had a shortage of drivers when I rang the following day to chase it up so it will be next week. Or they offered me to pick it up myself! I have no idea when I will see my parcel. Unless you contact this company they will give you no information. They are utterly useless.

This company needs investigating! All my parcels delivered on 3 occasions where broken, one of them being a strong expensive microwave and glass door was broken including the box!! Do they trow them in the air or something. No response from customer service either. Worst company in the UK! Shops should not use this company for deliveries! If so I will order somewhere ells. If you see delivery ACP search with another shop.
