“Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful……. I’ve been waiting over a week now for my “next day” delivery. Unfortunately this now reflects really poorly on the company (that I purchased an expensive item from) that chose to use this totally unreliable delivery company. But it’s good to know that Jemima will thank me for bringing it to her attention….☹️”

“I have been waiting for my parcel now for 2 days and have been trying to 2 days to get through to this company on an update of where my parcel is! This company is very unprofessional and a literal joke!!! Avoid”

“I ordered frozen duck necks for my dog to be delivered by APC the next day.was sent mail to say they would be delivered on the 1st December nothing arrived same thing happened on the 2nd and the 3rd. They arrived dinner time on Saturday and to nobody’s surprise they were thawed out!!! Why deliver these,!! now I have to dispose of these and this shower doesn’t have a care in the world BE WARNED”

“An absolutely appalling company. They do not know the meaning of the phrase "customer service." When you do finally get through to them - in person, because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, you get a flippant catalogue of what they cannot do, instead of a positive experience of saying what they can do. Parcels left on pavements next to a busy road are not ideal. But, they just don't seem to care. Why they are in this industry is a mystery. DPD put them to shame.”

“Dreadful delivery, even worse than parcel force and that’s saying something. Waited in all week on next day delivery of frozen duck necks for dog still not here 5 days later. Hope these clowns have freezers at their depots”

“Waiting in for 2 days for a next day delivery, so called (90 mins to get through) on 3rd day, to be told my goods is still at the hub, (which the tracking says) which i though would be wrong as not changed for 3 days. Been in transport all my life this is the most horrendous service I have seen, looking at least another 4 days as its Friday now.”

“Terrible, incompetent "delivery" company. Just like the Tory government, they over-promise and under-deliver (literally!). This is the second time in a month we have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered by APC. The first time, a month ago, the "next business day" took NINE DAYS to arrive and that only happened because my wife kept phoning the sender and APC. This time (today), I was tracking the progress of the delivery, it was supposed to be here between 13:45 and 15:45. It got to within ONE delivery of me and, suddenly was 15 deliveries away. It had also been given a new delivery window of 16:24 - 18:24. Needless to say, it did not arrive at all and no indication from the company where it is or when it will be delivered. This company do not give a damn about their customers and do not deserve to get any business. I wonder if the companies who use them know just how incompetent they are?”

“Absolutely the worst ever delivery service Waited it two days for a parcel to be delivered 1st day tracker says delivery 2 till 4 no show. 2nd day 12.30 to 2.30 We were drop 21 tracker showed drop 20 round the corner at 3.45 Guess what no delivery .... Customer service says driver wasn't in the area when tracker showing van in next street ... Absolute Lie .... Two days wasted JOKE OF A COMPANY BE WARNED DO NOT USE”

“I wish there was minus stars so I could give this company, I have order something and the company use them my item should be delivered yesterday they were literally next street and never bothered to deliver mine or at least informed me of why and when will be delivered. Impossible to call local depot as you are always 2 in the line but then the call will be cut. This company i never heard off wasn't my choice Joolz use it to deliver them goods and is shocking you pay so much for them goods and they can not even use proper company to deliver .”

“When I received an email this morning with an approximate delivery time of between 13.33 and 15.33 I expected to hear it had been delivered during that time. By 17.00 I tracked the parcel and was informed that the driver was on his way and my delivery was the next stop. For nearly 3 hours I had the same message. As it was a present of perishable goods for a friend this was not acceptable. Even one star is not good enough for service like this!”

“It's NOT next day delivery at the moment is day 2 I talked with somebody from office and I got the information my parcel will be delivered in "NEXT COUPLE DAYS" I do not recommend.”

“Don't normally do reviews but this firm is so bad don't turn up said they had but no card posted don't pass messages on when you try and arrange a day of delivery sat 2hrs on 4th attempt told when I phoned up they didn't know if it was on van”

“Should have been delivered on Thursday 25th of November, didn't turn up, no email to say so. Went to hospital next day, checked emails first, nothing. Tried to deliver when I was out. Asked for Saturday delivery, yes it came but the whole of the top was opened so when it was handed to my Husband he only just caught the contents from falling out. NOT good enough!”
