Awaiting a Christmas hamper sent by my works .... it was damaged .. my works sent a replacement and yep you got it .. that too was damaged! They have not notified anyone that the parcels have been damaged my company had to chase up why I had not received it!! I am now waiting for the damaged parcels to be delivered to me, so my works can replace what bottles have been broken but I will be collecting the replacements from the office rather then have the risk of them being damaged again!! Talk about inconvenience and a shambles of a delivery service!!!!!

Waited two days for parcel to arrive. Has fresh produce in which will now be inedible. I cannot get through to head office or local depot. Tracking says its at depot since yesterday. Why are you uncontactable at the most important time of year. DISGUSTING!!!! PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL YOU REPLY TO IMMEDIATELY!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! The tracking service is awful, customer service worse still! My package was due on set day and as it came closer to my delivery slot I was then told that the customer (me) had rearranged delivery! I didn't. Unable to get hold of anybody in customer service and still can't track the parcel. ZERO STARS.

I ordered a drill battery drill and charger from Amazon. The drill and the battery were delievered fine I am still waiting for the charger. Had a text to say it was delivered . After backwards and forward they said they are sending the driver back out to my address I don’t know how this will solve things ? Iv had another delivery by apc earlier in the week absolutely no problems . I just want this drill charger i need for work! If I had the time to mess around with delivery’s i would of just gone out to a shop myself

3 emails 3 messages still no delivery..... fuming. Phoned twice Saturday only to be put in a queue and then hung up on me twice, Can't check tracking, can't email an messenger service took ages. I WANT MY GOODS! 🤬 Disgracful company

Quite possibly the worst service. Seller had sent out package using this so called delivery service, it seems to have been lost mysteriously at the Hub. APC were quick to blame to the seller for the lost parcel and had not had anything on their system, even though a tracking number was given. Seller has since sent another parcel due to the inconvenience, and again parcel has not arrived on time. I think the overnight in APC overnight is used loosely. This company is a joke. If you want something delivered, use the well known couriers.

Avoid this company like a plague. Absolutely useless! Customer service is none existent! You can’t call, tracking does not work and their phones ring and cut you off. Absolutely useless. Don’t go anywhere near them... you will regret it!

I would leave a zero star review if possible. Staggering levels of incompetence. Booked an urgent next day delivery, but no one collected. After wasting an hour on the phone with the local collection depot, it turned out that, despite my having paid, received a tracking number (which didn't work) and a collection label, the order hadn't been passed onto the local depot from APC. And, after finally contacting APC customer services by email (following a non-answered 0800 number), apparently APC Direct cannot answer calls from APC Overnight, so had to do a live chat. Too late for them to book a collection and can't change from next day to same day. Also kindly informed me that I need to refuse collection in the unlikely event that anyone ever turned up to collect, otherwise, I wouldn't get a refund. I see their stock response to all complaints on here is meaningless too. Utter clowns.

Dreadful failure of service. This is upsetting for purchasers of goods and gifts, and also damaging for reputation of quality suppliers that use this company for delivery. I waited for delivery as scheduled on 16th December and nothing arrived: tracking not updated, no contact. It has just been with APC for two days. The parcel contains a gift of perishable food that was expensive and ordered two months ago. The company providing the goods is unable to get hold of anyone at APC to find out what is going on of provide an update to the customer. They are also unable to replace as products are unavailable. We can only assume that the quality gifts are spoiled and wasted. This is unacceptable for an overnight service. I would not be reviewing like this but it is clear from all of the below reviews that the company continues to provide extremely poor service in the long term, and does not work to improve delivery or communication standards for its customers.

0099888 should have been delivered to s359yr i stayed behind on site till 1900pm no delivery van came on to my industrial estate !!!!!! i then get an email today saying sorry we missed you at 17,05pm and we can not collect from the depot and have to wait till friday for another attemted delivery apc is the worst courier company in the world ,look at your reviews!!!!

Had an expensive delivery due to be delivered yesterday the 16th dec 2020 staying in for e window of tim from 14:01 to 16:01 it never turned up the tracking didn’t update waited in all evening too just in case nothing. Not even. A message update. Had a text today (17th December) to say it’s being delivered today between 12:56-14:56 and have no arrangements for school collection so can’t be here. The communication is rubbish. Expectation of a customer is terrible and the way they run their company a hindrance to their customers, I’ll be making a complaint to the company and where I ordered my items from. Not good APC. You need to sort this out.

Terrible service! Scheduled a re-delivery of an item, got a text to confirm delivery time 19:37-21:37 . Cancelled plans to await delivery but Nothing!!! Judging by previous comments AVOID AY ALL COSTS! Where the hell is my package?!

Terrible service. Item delivered to their depot on Friday 11 December, received a text to say would be delivered to me on Monday 14 December between 20.09 and 22.09. It was not delivered. Called and after holding for over an hour, told they were busy and couldn't tell me when it would be delivered. Received a text to say it would be delivered on Tuesday 15 December between 20.27 and 22.27. It was not delivered. Complained by email requesting delivery, ignored. Received a text today to say would be delivered between 17.47 and 19.47. It was not delivered. Followed the driver on the website tracking app, the vehicle just showed as being at the depot between 18.21 and 20.08, not moving. I still have no delivery and no confidence when, or if I will receive it. In the future I will ask suppliers if they use APC overnight and if they do, I won't place the order. Consignment 0021884.

Ordered an expensive plant from a plant retailer. The delivery of this arrived damaged as the pot was split. I have been assured that it didn't leave the supplier in that state. The plant supplier arranged for a new pot to be dispatched. Should have arrived yesterday on the overnight delivery service. Their tracking showed out for delivery yesterday. Unfortunately it was due to be delivery slot 71 and the driver ran out of time so did not deliver. No correspondence about this, only found this out in response to my enquiry today. Out for delivery again today but number 67 today. Tracking is showing they are currently only up to 38 so looking unlikely will be today. Left with an expensive large plant, which was ordered as a present, with no pot and exposed roots. Would not use again.

APC tried to deliver to wrong address (took photo of wrong factory - twice!). They then said they returned to us the sender - we never received. The package has not been seen since. APC say tough luck!!!!

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for over a week since being told it was being delivered that day. I have had four text messages on different days saying that my parcel is going to be delivered that day and never came. No answer on customer helpline number and when I email sometimes I get an answer saying it will be delivered the next day - still don’t have it and no explanation. Would never order something they were delivering again.

Tracking online doesn't work, no one answering the phone ( no matter the option 1, 2 or 3) and the overnight 24 hours delivery parcel takes already 5 days and still not delivered. Absolute joke , do not trust , delete forget the company.

3 hours Aamir!!? I thought my situation couldnt be topped as they did the same to me yesterday,but i was only waiting 2hours during which i went from pos 7 to No1 where i remained for 20mins+ before they cut me off. I had tried to collect it previously from Depot64 after being wrongly advised to do so by phone rep, travelling several miles from Hackney to Wapping only for the manager to tell me he was "too busy" to serve me, costing me valueable time & almost a tenner in tfl costs. I waited in all day yesterday for nothing again so it better turn up today. Im qualified in customer service & must say theirs is the possibly the worst ive ever experienced by any company nevermind couriers, they make hermes look like perfectly professional angels. Avoid like corona as they are bad for your mental health & stress levels. 🤬
