“Parcel was sent lunchtime Friday and it was delivered to me before 9am Monday. That is good service normally but take into account covid and the fact we had several inches of snow on Sunday and road diverts and it's exceptional. I'd read the reviews on here and been worried but how wrong was I . Thank you to all the team that got my parcel to me during these difficult times. I'd recommend you and I'd certainly be happy to get another parcel delivered by you. Stay safe and thank you”

“The best couriers I have ever dealt with. The company I bought my item from sent me a tracking link that was invalid so I rang APC directly and I spoke to a guy named Jon...he couldn’t be more helpful. He arranged to deliver my parcel to my partners address to make it easier for me. He give me a time for expected delivery and said the driver would ring me 10 mins before. Very helpful and much appreciated because I work in a care home and can not afford to take time off waiting for a parcel to be delivered. Thank you Jon”

“I was out when my delivery came. I knew what the parcel was and contacted the office local branch. When I told them what it was and how special this parcel was. The driver came back within 15 mins of my call. I can't thank them enough. This to me today was a very kind and thoughtful thing to do. Many thanks APC.”

“So after receiving an email from “APC overnight” stating my parcel would be delivered by them, I had a blond moment and started to panic that they would be delivering my parcel during the night 🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyway once I googled them and discovered this was (obviously) not the case, I came across these reviews! My panic was then that I would not be receiving my parcel at all or without incident, as it seems like everyone had a problem, prompting them to leave 1 star reviews!! Anyway, my parcel arrived well with the 2 hour window, less than 24 hours after I ordered it, without incident and with a polite delivery driver!! So I thought I’d share my positive experience since they seem to be taking a lot of flack in other reviews!! Thanks!!”

“I'm amazed at any poor reviews for APC. I send guitars overnight with APC frequently and they haven't let me down once yet with probably 40 odd deliveries. I'm currently in another situation with Parcelfarce where a guitar has been 'out for delivery' on three different days without one attempt at actual delivery. Will probably be a case full of matchsticks when it finally arrives.”

“We use a range of carriers APC are much better than some of your reviews indicate, the bulk of our overnight parcels are delivered in the morning, in terms of loss/damage, significantly better than DPD, UPS etc as are the rates they charge. Hope that helps...”
