Having read through some of the other reviews, I feel quite confident what is happening here. APC-Overnight were due to collect from my property today (25th July). I gave them a call on the general number at around 9am to see if the driver was nearby/for a more accurate estimate of when the driver would pick up my content, and was told they had already tried to collect 10 minutes prior, and that they had left the area and would not return. After reading the comments below, I am of no doubt that this is a bare-faced lie. I was within several feet of my front door the whole morning, no knock, no van outside. APC's general service could only give me an email address to contact, no phone number, citing some technical issue, and from that point I had an email conversation with APC that went the same way as many comments below describe - we came, here is a street view image of your door, our GPS data shows they were there, please re-order collection at a cost. They respond to emails well enough, but as other reviews have pointed out, it's a waste of time to communicate with them if they deny they did anything wrong and claim things that patently aren't true about their service. Terrible. I never heard of this company before, but will never use them again. Do not go with APC Overnight!

Company refuse to leave it in a safe place or with neighbour even though I have them permission to. Everybody is at work when they deliver so the product doesn’t come to you for ages. Ridiculous set up. Every other company give you that option and are fine with it. Woman on customer service very rude and unhelpful.

Had a fridge delivered on the wrong day, so I was out. Driver left it with my elderly 87 year old neighbour in her open porch. Fortunately, it didnt rain but it was still quite unacceptable - it was a fridge - hardly a handbag or similar small package. I had great difficulty in getting it from her house to mine as I am also in my eighties.

Absolutely hopeless. The driver didn't appear to know how to use an intercom. My name is clearly displayed, all they had to do was press the button but on both occasions the driver took a picture of the intercom and said "no access". I was in both times, so annoying. I contacted APC both times to explain what had happened but they didn't respond. Awful company

On following up around 4pm, A2Z thieves cooked the story that the package broke apart before delivery and the package is deemed contaminated hence could not be delivered. In technology they even could have the courtsey to supply even of photos or inviting me to go witness the damaged goods. So if you are deciding to use this based on reviews please take my honest feedback that proceed at high risk of losing your stuff. I have not given up on mine but the feedback has not been inspiring confidence of their ethics...

APC Overnight delivered 2 radiator to me and both were damaged (Consignment Number 0004933) as they did not take care of the delivery. The packages left the warehouse new and one was delivered with a big dent and the other with scratches. It meant I had to cancel my plumber at a cost of £85 call out all because APC delivery driver didn't care. I will never use this company again EVER.

Unbelievable company. First delivery for a customer, they threw it over a fence at the wrong address --5 miles away--!!!. This came AFTER days and days of trying to explain where they should be delivering. They just didn't get it. Second delivery, they kept taking it to the totally wrong place for day after day for about a week!! After being given a google street view and number to contact the receiver, they still got it wrong and left it on the wrong street!! The driver actually rang me and I told him he should speak with the reciever and he would not take the phone number. Crazy. Will not use again. Stay well clear unless you want hours and hours of frustration.

I had arranged redelivery of a package. I was aware the door entry system was not working so sat outside for the whole two hours of the expected delivery slot. And a further hour reading by the door until the nobody in email arrived. No attempt was made to deliver. A straight lie. From the comments here seems typical.

I was waiting for an urgent order of clinical supplies, ordered on the Friday 21/5/24 usually receive them the next day, never arrived so not very happy needed these items, happened to look at my phone in the evening there was a message from the driver said that tried to deliver at 17.04 which was a lie I was in all day, I went to there depot to try and find out what exactly happened, rung the buzzer three times before anyone came to the door, when I told him what the problem the problem he didn't seem to be a bit bothered, ask me for the order number shut the door in my face no area to stand in terrible while I waited, eventually came back with the parcel I ask him what was the reason I did not get the parcel, he replied the driver ran out of time, so I showed him the message on my phone which stated that the driver attempted to deliver at 17.04 which was a lie because I was in all day, this sort of attitude is very common place, so overall absolute disgraceful way to run a business these companies do not deserve to be trading would never recommend them to anyone, I have read the reviews on your website it says it all shambles.

Driver caught my car as leaving my drive. Turned around and shouted to me to move my car further away next time. Shrugged his shoulders and then drove off. Contacted customer services and the man I spoke to wasn’t that apologetic. Told me he would check the dash cam but has not called me back as yet. I will be chasing snd involving police of needed.

Driver decided not to deliver to save time. I could see the van on the tracker 1 mile away and just decided not to come out to our village. This is a regular occurrence with APC. In fact I don’t use companies that use APC if another courier is not available. Using APC will affect your business negatively.

They don’t even deserve one star Paid for Saturday delivery of a large food parcel in order to celebrate father days Delivery was for 15.00pm - NEVER arrived Contacted the company bought the food from Monday and they stated that APC chose to reschedule the delivery of my food to Monday - you are kidding me. Who the hell do they think they are Text message from APC to say my parcel Was going to be delivered Monday 13.33 - 15.33. Guess what? It never arrived Needless to say it’s just turned up. I was directed by the company I bought my food from to decline it. Which I did as the food was all fresh meat and would be spoiled nearly 4 days sitting in a cardboard box with no refrigeration Shocking service from APC absolutely useless and poor communication. Will not be recommending. You should be ashamed

Packages still left uncollected after a week! No way to speak to anyone, they don't answer the phone. Online system says its been picked up and delivered and the boxes have not moved!

Terrible experience! Sent a birthday present to my friend and paid for next day delivery and the parcel went out for delivery the next day. My friend spent her birthday waiting for a present that never came. Sent an email to the company and was ignored then called up and a redelivery was booked and surprise suprise it’d been sent to the wrong door.

could someone tell me why the opening times listed in Google of the ACP pick up depot in Surbiton are completely wrong. Have been wrong for ages and no one in ACP seems to be making any effort to correct the listed opening times online?

Driver clearly a liar saying attempted delivery, i've sat in my kitchen window with full view of my path leading to my door plus cctv nobody has been to my home this morning I'm fuming now i've got to take another day of work plus i will never buy from the retailer Fjuka Fishing Bait as long as they use APC Im sure they will be very happy losing a customer not that they can afford it because of incompetence and Blatant liars which is one thing i cannot stand

Appalling service, delivery attempts were made on 28 and 29 May 2024. No attempt was made to leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe place as other courier companies tend to do. I went online, the tracking stated that there had been two attempts to make a delivery. There was an option to collect, I clicked this and arranged to collect on 10 June as I was not due in work on that day. I made the 13 mile journey (26 mile round trip) to the APC depot in Cannock. After looking for the package the staff informed me that it had been returned to sender. I asked why the online information hadn't been updated to say this. I was just told it wouldn't be, this seems extremely inefficient and unhelpful. When I returned home later that day and phoned the company that I had ordered the goods to request if they could redeliver to an alternative address. They also advised that the APC tracking information they had access to stated that the item was due for collection on 10 June. Ot had not been returned to them ! The company are now requesting that APC deliver to an alternative address, so presumably the goods are at the depot in Cannock. An absolute diabolical service and overall experience.

APC has failed to deliver at least 4 out 10 orders as promised. It is becoming a pattern. There are prople in their network who take personal responsibility for the problems. For example, someone named Charlotte made an effort to personally deliever my parcel after hours, and with her daughter in tow after picking her up from school. But she seems to be the finger in dyke of a company that cannot seem to deliever on the precise thing they offer: overnight delivery. In most cases, I would have been better off electing for the cheaper, Royal Mail option. At least then my expectations may not have been consistently frustrated.
