This is the second time that I've had Next Day Delivery and they've fallen 100% short. The first time took THREE attempts for their "drivers" to finally decide to deliver my package. I paid for next day delivery and they took three extra days. I called the depot for the first two days when I could see that the driver was suppose to come. The first one (the day it should've arrived) chose to stop working at around 15:40.. the other one (next day) at 4pm. I had to contact the seller to ask them to contact APC to ENSURE that I got a midday slot. It finally showed up. Now today, I was supposed to have a Next Day Delivery. The "company" claim that the driver "tried" to deliver the package. Did they? Not in the least. No knock on the door. No call. No card. Lies. If you can avoid this company, PLEASE DO.

I needed some important medication. My medical provider sent it via APC overnight on 31/05/22 and so I expected delivery the following day. Two days later - 02/06/22, they emailed to say there was an unexpected delay with my delivery and that they were doing everything they could to get it to me. I heard nothing further until yesterday - 06/06/22 when I was told my meds would be delivered that day with a 2 hour time slot. I had a medical appointment during that time slot and so arranged for my adult son to await their delivery. When I returned, I discovered notifications on my phone that they’d been, but no one had been there to accept the delivery; which wasn’t true. My son insists no one rang or knocked. They invited me to rebook, which I have, but I’ve no new time slot, and the original consignment number is no longer traceable. So…7 days after they were dispatched by ‘overnight’ service, I have now run out of my medication….and I just do not know when to expect their delivery. It’s appalling.

Delivery failed to arrive on due date. One week later still no delivery. Company unable to be contacted due to not answering their phones (24 mins waiting). Rubbish company. Will be claiming a refund from seller of items.

Still awaiting delivery of my parcel over a week ago I got email saying its on way out for delivery between 13.00 and 15.00 on 30th May.....right now 6th of June no sign and no response!! I know they have my parcel really don't understand why its not been delivered im very dissatisfied

What a waste of space this company is.Next day delivery didn't turn up, message saying it would be delivered the day after-didn't turn up.Can't track it as the consignment info is no longer on their system.Calling for over 2 hours, won't answer the phone.Handover on Monday with no gear-penalties for non completion-hope their insurance policy is up to date as we will be passing them on.

Driver rude and disgraceful, brought damage goods. Has not taken responsibility then black listed us even thou there is numerous complaints given about 1 driver. Do not use

Total joke not a delivery company. tracking doesn't say anything and Exeter depot is a joke as they do not answer phones, they are still living in covid times and hide behind it

The worst, laziest couriers I have come across. Walk right up to the doorbell but can’t be bothered to press it but dump your package in full view and take the important doorstep photo. 5 out of 5 deliveries they have done this. One we just caught from being pinched. They don’t even try to post it through your letterbox. Useful. Only got 1 star so I could write the review. If you have a choice don’t use them

Absolute shitshow of a company. Spoke to 5 different team members and all of then useless. Was promised callback on my parcel (which is now stolen by one of their drivers). I now have to wait for the outcome. These companies should start to get action on their shitty service… all they get is 1 stars from people and a generic message for head office saying ‘sorry we’ll look into this’ you staff down to your head office is useless. Stay away guys! These people are thieves

Failed to collect on the first day they were booked in (1 day of annual leave wasted). Collected on 2nd attempt. Marked as delivered but no sign of it (waited at home all day again). Not at neighbours, clearly the driver is Illiterate, a liar or just a thief. Tried to call but looks like no support over weekend. Thanks for losing nearly £1000 worth of items! Even if the parcel miraculously appears I will never use APC again. If lost I shall be seeking compensation for the lost items and my time!

I took a day off work for the planned delivery that never arrived. I had an email to say no one was home and a card was left. I called APC and was put through to their Kidderminister depot, The guy spoke to told me the card had been left and he had a photo of my front door to prove it. I informed him i have a cctv system and his driver had not been to my house. He then checked on the vehicle tracker and discovered the driver had not been down my road but attempted to deliver the parcel to the wrong street, armed with this information I went to the next street and knocked on number 30 in that road to see if the driver had been there. I was presented with the card the driver had left there. Every other delivery makes it to my house. The local council have even supplied signs at the ends of the roads to tell people the name of the road how hard can it be.....

I am writing to lodge dissatisfaction with delivery from APC that was delivered and, left outside the front door, despite several attempts to cancel the delivery once tracking contact was lost with the driver. The original day and time of delivery was Thursday May 12th, 12.35-14.35. I was able to track the driver up until approximately 3.30 that afternoon then tracking driver became unavailable. I did several times, to no avail, try to make contact. I called the APC 0800373737 who put me through to Hereford local office, she said she would pass on message to APC driver saying customer still waiting for delivery. Didn't hear from them again that day despite SEVERAL ATTEMPTS calling, LEAVING MESSAGES to cancel delivery. The delivery was made the FOLLOWING DAY Friday 13th May 2022, without asking or confirming with the customer if this would be ok. No one was at the delivery address to collect the parcel which was LEFT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. By the time the delivery was acknowledged and opened later that day, 24 HOURS AFTER ORIGINAL EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE AND TIME, contents were ruined. A delivery note received read "Left As Instructed: 13 May 2022 (09:24:40)". I didn't instruct anyone. Still haven't heard from APC to explain or apologise. Decided I needed to write this review to help balance all APC reviews.

I'm a contract driver at depot at depot 48 courier logistics. This isn't service related but this should give an insight into operational policy at a depot and this is the only way to bring attention to this at APC level as like everything else here it gets swept under the rug. I can't. Put my name to this for fear of retribution but a few weeks ago a so called drivers meeting was held to discuss certain operational procedures as is the norm. Various questions were asked by drivers and the manager on shift at the time replied with an answer to one driver in the exact words "APC don't give a f##k about you you're just a driver ". This is wholly unacceptable behaviour but there has been zero action by this company in relation to this statement made by a manager who is there primarily to represent courtier logistics and also APC. A lot of drivers were offended and upset by this statement as is understandable myself included. If this is how drivers are treat then it doesn't hold out much hope for customers.

Waited in all morning for an important delivery, took time off work to wait for it ! Had a txt to say they have attempted delivery but nobody home and I can categorically tell you they’ve been nowhere near the place. Bunch of liars, what a waste of a day ! Now I have to take another day off for a re delivery if they show up 😡

Text to say that called and we were not in. We were, we are no deaf and we have a very loud door knocker. We have had hundreds of deliveries tou our house over the last couple of years and the only courier who does this is APC why do people use them?

Disgusting treatment on the phone, called a liar, claimed to have tried delivering on previous occasion which is not the case, had my parcel over a week!!! refused to let me go collect from the driver who was 2 miles away & refused to redeliver. Appalling service & appalling customers service skills (non existent really) …. Don’t understand how they’re still running TBH … should be shut down. Do yourself a favour and use any other courier service than here! I wouldn’t even give a 1 star rating.

Paid extra to supplier for express delivery. First text said expect delivery 16:24 - 18:24 on 10th May, two days from despatch. No delivery. Next day another text said expect delivery 20:36 - 22:36. Again no delivery. Text this morning saying 16:08 - 18:08, believe that if you will. So fourth day now for an "overnight" service ! Their tracking seems pure fiction, at one point saying predicted delivery will be midnight as we were still 20th in delivery schedule ... many of us are in bed by midnight. Avoid this company like the plague !
