Very aggressive courier. He didn't ring the doorbell only banged on my window and then when I answered the door he threw my package at my feet and went off on one about how I didn't answer and how he didn't do doorbells? Grateful for the fast delivery, but I've never had someone tell me to f*** off on my doorstep.

I was expecting delivery of a parcel on 8/8/20, it didn't arrive despite me staying in all day for it and knowing that they already had it in their "delivery depot." 10/8/20, still no parcel so I contacted them only to be told it was still in their depot as the driver had "forgotten" to take it and it wouldn't be delivered that day either, I'm currently still waiting for it despite the fact the parcel is time critical. The company is called "APC Overnight," as I still haven't received my parcel 3 days later even though it's in their depot, that is the last thing this company should be called, I would suggest they change their name to "We'll deliver it when we can be arsed!"

No response for several days now, no updates, still unable to track the parcel. They don’t respond via phone or e-mail. You should absolutely avoid every company that uses this courier service. I have never heard of anything like that.

Supposedly tried to deliver, but left card instead. I was in all day, and in fact answered the doorbell to another delivery company within 15 minutes of the time on the card, so doorbell was working. Rearranged delivery for next day, Friday, using online system, received confirmation email. Waited in all next day, but no delivery. Tried ringing depot before closing time, but no answer. Next morning, Saturday, rang depot again, told issue with new tech, so online changing delivery date not working. Told rather abruptly that as all deliveries for that day were now organised, i would have to wait until Monday, and ring again to sort new delivery date.

They sent me a tracking number that doesn't work and they claim to deliver your package the next day. I don't know if I should stay home and expect the package or not since the tracking number is not even recognised on their official website.

Unfortunately I had to give one star as there os no option for ZERO STARS. Disgusting service. Depot does not answer the telephone or reply to emails and the online tracking is a joke. I was following the tracking today, I was deliver 19, it got to 18, then went to 15 and now no details at all. Pathetic

APC twice sent a text message with the delivery time of the parcel is always late on two or three hours. The team service is completely indifferent to the customer.

Appalling service! We have been waiting 4 days for a delivery that wasn't even attempted multiple times. The driver lied about trying to make the delivery. The call takers hung up on us and lied about re-delivery multiple times. We even sat outside at the end of our road for 4 hours waiting for another delivery attempt which wasn't made and no updates from the driver. 4 days wasted and still no successful delivery. Unacceptable.

asked for item to be picked up and delivered to me gave full description of item and weight length ect paid apc p&p , the item was picked up asked driver if it was ok ? driver said yes but was a little rude and very blunt ,now item is being returned to collection point at cost to me ? i now have no item and lost a customer due to apc's incompetence and depot branch manager deliberate awkwardness will never use again and advise others not to.

I was just about to jump into the shower when there was a knock at the door. Dogs both ran down and barked at the door as they usually do when someone calls (They’re big dogs, loud too) I’m naked, scurrying around trying to put some clothes on, and as I’m trying to conceal my modesty as I make my way to the front door, the delivery driver just lets himself in! Actually opens my front door, dogs run off into the street and I’m left stood at the bottom of my stairs, half naked, with some random bloke in the hall. I’ve made a complaint over the phone with Darren and he did say he was going to deal with the matter but because I was still in such a mix of emotions I don’t feel like I put across how bad this could have gone. My dogs aren’t bad dogs, but they do have anxiety and I’m actually a little shocked he didn’t receive a nip for entering their territory without me or my partner right with them. If he had been bit would that have come back on me? I’d like to think not as he opened the door! What if they’d have been hit by a car?! I was half dressed for crying out loud. (I think I’m still really effed off) Darren said he would update me as to the status of my complaint but didn’t take my number so, if possible can I be emailed about this? Thank you.

A parcel delivered with this courier was supposed to arrive on Friday morning. I waited in that entire day and again on Saturday but nothing arrived, and I heard nothing from them. After contacting them on multiple occasions, the parcel finally arrived on Tuesday. If I had not contacted them I doubt the parcel would ever have emerged from their warehouse. They were rude over email and nobody answers the phones. They should be offering a refund, but I did not even get an apology for the very late parcel and my time wasted.

For a week now I have had three undelivered packages seemingly held hostage by APC. I have been bounced around to seven different APC customer service reps, who have all told me the same thing every day since last week — that my order is out for delivery and the driver will phone me to confirm, only to have nothing show up. Twice I was told that delivery was attempted (I was home — it wasn't), and every other time I've simply received radio silence. I've reached out directly to all three senders, as it's patently clear that APC couldn't care less about getting my packages delivered. One of the businesses has since hand-delivered my order and cancelled the original delivery with APC, but has not received it back. I am still due to receive two packages but am honestly resigned to never getting them. Has APC lost my packages? Did the driver take a sneaky few days off and just pretend to go out on the road? Has someone at APC cracked open my delicious beers and they're enjoying them in the depot right now? Who knows! Truly a mystery for the ages. I have honestly never had a worse experience with a delivery company (maybe any company) and cannot suggest strongly enough that people avoid using APC at all costs.

delivery driver went to wrong address so I arranged a new delivery 6pm and no sign of parcel so a whole day wasted waiting

Customer service was disgusting, this branch only delivers Monday to Friday and only upto 18.00,the guy on the phone wanted to argue not help ,avoid i know my firm will be.

Received email stating a delivery time, then received an email stating that 1 and 1/2 hours before due delivery they attempted to deliver but no one was in and a card was left. Blatant lie as both my son and daughter were in and no card was left. When I challenged them on the card the stated that the driver failed to collect cards at the depot in the morning. Depot 85. Absolutely no customer service.

It didn’t turn up for 3 days, don’t use this service, tracking was removed after first night, guess that was so the computer records it was delivered on time, waited in as given a timed slot, that was yesterday still hasn’t arrived, rang depot they were extremely unhelpful and rude and had no idea when my package would be delivered
