Not a reliable delivery company at all, certainly not overnight (speedfreight)! I received three separate delivery notification on three separate days, each one telling me the parcel I was expecting would be delivered on that particular day, didn’t happen! I have now arranged to collect the parcel from their depot, as clearly this is the only way I can be sure I will receive it.

Would prefer to leave no stars as a useless service but this will not allow me. Got a email from APC overnight saying that my order would be delivered on 17/8/23 between 11.11 and 13.11 Kept watching the tracking and by about 15.40 they where just down the road then the live tracking stopped so I rang the local office to be told that the driver was going round picking up parcels from business customers and that if it was not delivered today then it would be delivered tomorrow. I am not sure that customers like to sit around all day or be able to have time off work on the off chance APC decide to deliver.

Absolutely diabolical. Ordered something important, delivery driver didn't even come to my house, put a card though a random door miles away Rebooked, the never sent it out that day. Set out the day after, I was tracking the van, it was 1 road away, 2 hours AFTER my delivery window, then they just left and drove miles away, didn't bother delivering again. Didn't have an important item for my trip Useless lazy company

Excellent company. I received a text saying our delivery would arrive between 7.52 and 9.52am. Their delivery driver phoned me at 8.30am to inform he would be delivering the item within a couple of minutes and he duly delivered it. High praise is well deserved from me!

Truly awful customer service! I had an email for collection between 1015 to 1215. I finally left for work at 2pm and called them to ask what happened - they told me I should go back home the driver would be there in 10 - I was 2 mins away the driver knocked and left.

Ordered a part on 26 july told two to three day’s delivery they knocked on my door on 4th of August but I was not told it was due that day. Camara picked up on guy knocked once ignored large Green post box on floor saying parcels here and took a picture of my door number and left leaving no note. I have been chasing ever since and was told it was out for redelivery on the 9th. Waited home all day and no show. Now I’m told it’s due today and have actually been given a tracking number and now that does not work. Very stressed

A pickup was scheduled, driver arrived told me they don;t do receipts for pickup. How can I prove I had sent it back? The guy told me a label doesnt get produced until he gets back to the depot, how do they know what parcel to label if he is picking up dozens of parcels?

After waiting in all day for my delivery I received a message saying that the delivery driver had attempted to deliver the parcel but no one had answered the door. Knowing that this information was not true I contacted APC and was told that the driver had gone to the wrong house in the wrong road! I was also informed that as the driver had now left the area no delivery would take place today

Don't bother ! Told to collect sat am before 11 am. Arrive at 8.15 and sit there for over an hour . Closed!!! No answer on phone to head office no answer to depot. Disgusting customer service. several people waiting and all disgusted with the service as we all had to travel to get there !!

Horrendous experience and still not resolved, 9 days now with one attempted delivery, we even went to the depot and still messed around, told lie after lie by the depot when you can actually get to speak to someone and Head Office make promises they can’t keep, all I want is the parcel I paid for …… is that too much to ask !!!

They are useless company. Can’t knock on the door, but can’t knock on any doors. Clear instructions were given, can’t follow through. Moral of the story, if you a company who work with this “deliver company” I won’t buy your products.

Delivery was late. Contacted delivery centre twice and was told firstly that driver was new and having problems. Second time I was told he was having a mental breakdown but was in my postcode. This was over 3 hours after latest due delivery time. Parcel never arrived. After ringing retailer they contacted APC who gave them a completely different story and said parcel was delivered to our porch on time - we don’t have a porch. A total shambles.

Absolutely terrible delivery company, waited in for 2 days for a supposed delivery slot, failed to turn up. Used there online tracking (no sure it really works as the delivery number in the queue kept changing) driver didn’t get within 2 miles of my house. No explanation just an email the next morning with more lies about delivery the next day. Utterly useless, never order from a company using them to deliver goods, you won’t get them.

Nothing but a third rate delivery company, this cowboy outfit emailed me to say my parcel would be delivered on 21st July 2023 as of 13.30 today 25th July 2023 no parcel has been delivered, their own tracking site says it was at their delivery hub at 07.07 the day after it was supposed to be delivered to me, even Royal Mail delivered faster when they were on strike!!!!

I missed the first attempt of delivery for my item as the email sent 7:28pm, I did not managed to read the email and short noticed for me. Most of the private company now a days, they are sending text messages alert. Parcel Journey At Sending Depot (13 Jun 2023 19:58:28) At Hub (14 Jun 2023 00:53:04) At Delivery Depot (14 Jun 2023 07:36:12) Out For Delivery 14 Jun 2023 (15 Jun 2023 08:34:21) From the parcel tracking, no exact delivery date and at least roughly time to deliver, makes harder from receiver who is working, you need to guess if it is 14 or 15 of June, and they attempted 14 June. I have rebooked the delivery of my item but they missed it to send. I applied for day off just for that to receive. I have waited from 8:30, until I emailed the APC at 3:56pm. And I received the reply saying "Our apologies but unfortunately your delivery didn’t go out today as was an agency driver on this route and it appears your delivery was missed." That was not really acceptable as I even emailed them for the time of delivery, one day before the delivery. And how they missed it, it is all about system now a days. Whole day they did not managed to trace that they missed my parcel, until I emailed them. Initially, they were blaming the agency driver. Secondly, they were blaming the sender as they can not send Saturday because of the sender's set up, I challenged them to contact TFL and explain that they missed to send, and maybe TFL allow them, but I believed they have done nothing. They were giving me Monday option but I explained to them that I am working weekdays. Ms. Y Customer Services on that day (16-06-2023) still confirmed delivery Monday, which was obvious that I will miss it. No effort from the customer service and no proper solution. Later on, they returned to TFL, claiming that they attempted 3 times, but technically just ones. After that, I did not received any update anymore. Very poor management, beside from I paid £9.50, that was the most expensive postage charged for a small item. I hope someone will investigate this complain, and refund me. Consignment: 0023476
