Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The quote came through within seconds, the delivery slots were adhered to. Good communication throughout. Two very polite and cheerful chaps. Very reasonably priced. Thank you very much for a job well done.

Excellent, helpful with communication and real time tracking. I was a little concerned because their quote was the lowest. I was pleasantly surprised. Polite and professional. Would recommend.

made booking over phone AV7320237 to collect a multigym on a Wednesday. found out they overcharged me when I checked my bank account and phoned them back, they gave me refund for overcharge with no explanation why they took more than I agreed to. I phoned them again on Thursday to ensure the van would arrive in its slot on Friday morning. Told the original booker had not done this but that Alisha had now remedied this. Friday morning I am waiting at collection, no one comes and no contact from anyvan whatsoever. I phone them again and am told they are not turning up because they don't have a van 'allocated'. Wasted a morning waiting for them then rebooked for another day and then they tell me they cant pick up a multigym and 'processed' refund. I had to hire another van company which i could have done two days prior. Phoned again on Monday as still no sign of my refund they 'processed' previous Friday. I am told I will get my refund after 5 WORKING DAYS! They didn't do the job, overcharged me and got to hold onto my money interest free for more than a week! Very bad service, would give ZERO STARS. You can't speak to a manager (unless you want to wait for 48 hours) or the allocation team and if you make a complain with customer service they just make a note and state someone will get back to you (when?) IF they feel complaint is valid?! No accountability, be warned when you book that is NOT definite as they told me their terms and conditions (which are NOT read to you over the phone, you have to go on their website small print) allow them to accept your money and the job (so you don;t give it to someone else) and still refuse you the service if they can't get a van allocated no matter how many days in advance you make the booking. Take my advance go with a local company, this company is too big and complacent to care about your job or your time. Hope it goes bust but imagine they are cashing in on taking advances from customers then holding their money interest free before week long refunds.

Delivered a car to me from Birmingham last week Car had to go back today sadly because of faults which dealer accepted and refunded. Thankfully, Anyvan caused me no more stress this week and did the jobs without issue. Thank you to my drivers.

I can't believe I booked @AnyVan over 4 weeks ago. To be told 10 minutes before the pick-up, they can't find a driver to do the job is absolutely disgusting. Do you realise the inconvenience caused?

If I could leave less the 1 star I would! Do not use this "service"!! I have moved around 7 times in the last few years, so i consider my self quite experienced at it and this was by far, without question THE WORST moving experience iv ever had!! We booked well in advance and marked items in the itinerary as we went, trying to get the amount of stuff as accurate as possible. When they finally arrived they were very late, and straight away complained that we were up stairs, even though I selected an option to point that out. Charged an extra £80 straight away for the stairs. Then they asked to get only the things on the list, which was very difficult because it had all been put on 1 room. I had 2 friends with me who offered to help them move stuff, but they would not communicate what they wanted them to do. And so it took forever! They packed all the small things first, leaving things like the sofa for last, but before even getting to it insisted that we had too much stuff and they would need to charge us more. It came to over £600 WITHOUT a double bed! Which is more than double than iv ever paid. When we arrived at the new place, they insisted that there was no note of the floor, and would not take the stuff to our flat! (Its 1 floor and we have a lift!) So my 2 friends and I wand to run all of our stuff up to our flat, by ourselves. I am disabled and had pointed this out specifically but it made no difference. Once we finally got in, we noticed that the TV was marked, and when turned on, showed that it was completely smashed! It's a £600 TV!! They REFUSED to take responsability for it, saying that they had not seen the TV previous to the move... I called round everyone and they aren't even registered with the ombudsman, so there is nothing we can do. £1200 put of pocket, TV- less, angry and tired. All we can do is leave them a scathing review and hope others don't fall into the same trap! Oh, and for our troubles they offered us 20 quid in goodwill for there lateness... unbelievable!!

Anyvan is a SCAM!!! Watch out! They took my money (200€) and never dis the move. Their transporter declined after I had paid the downpayment to anyvan. Now anyvan is refusing to pay it back saying I should have taken another mover from their site which is something I did not want to do after my first bad experience.

If you're looking for a removals service for moving house I would not recommend AnyVan. It was not made clear to me until the van arrived that you are in fact booking a courier, unassociated with AnyVan, who is doing multiple jobs at the same time which means their vehicle is full of other people's things and are vocal about working to an extremely tight schedule. When initially booking I was asked what kind of things i'd be moving and I assumed this was to ensure the right size van was booked. It was NOT made clear to me until the day of that the courier will only take the exact list of items previously supplied. How is someone supposed to know exactly how many boxes and bags they will have until they've packed up their house? This meant that the courier refused to take some of my items and I had to hire my own transport on top of AnyVan to move the rest of my things. The casual, laid back service of the customer service team when booking was not informative enough and if I had known this info when booking I would have used a different service that is more suited to the needs of someone who is moving house. An emotional and stressful day was made a lot harder by AnyVan, which just appears to be an expensive courier masquerading as a removals service. Would not recommend for flat and home removals.

Unhappy that originarily I had 2 vans booked but only one turned up< I was then charged an additional £211 for extra goods. They left behind a large bird bath and damaged an oil painting. The men were pleasent and helpful but were not overly careful, the motor mower was loaded upside down thereby leaking oil and causing starting issues for several days on arrival, large pictures were not wrapped in blankets as expected.
