Prices seem low but that’s equal to the service. Paid for a “premium package” which was never delivered. Drivers arrived late and with no packing boxes or material. Even though this was paid for. Packing/unpacking service never happened either. Spoke to customer service over 7 times and still awaiting a reply!! Would highly recommend staying away from this cowboy company.

🔴⚠️ Beware of AnyVan! ⚠️ 🔴 Had the worst experience with AnyVan moving my belongings not once, but twice. 💔 Their workers were incredibly rude and careless. 😡 Paid extra for dismantling furniture, but they didn't bother and ended up breaking my new £800 table and a £700 Samsung TV! 🚫 Customer care is non-existent, refusing to take responsibility. 😤 Overcharged £250 on top of it all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could rate 0 stars I would. Booked anyvan for our home move, collected my belongings at 8:45am, the next location was 1 hour 15 minutes away. The moving guys did not show up there until 5:45pm, 9 HOURS LATER. We were constantly calling up the customer service line throughout the day and the time they would arrive kept on changing from 10:15am, to 12pm, to 3pm, to 3-4pm, to 4pm latest, to 5:30pm, and then finally they arrived at 5:45pm. This meant we were left hanging around for hours waiting to move into our new flat, having no idea where our personal belongings were being driven to. They then promised a refund on the phone and have since refused. They lied to us continually, misled us, wasted our time and created an unimaginable amount of stress. The most horrific service from such a horrendous company. Any other company to use for moving house is better than this one. Just awful, what a waste of money

What you get from the customer service side of things during the booking is completely different to when driver arrives on day of move...subcontracted drivers so the attitude and service appalling. Item collected at 13:14pm and am still waiting for my items to be delivered as driver says not untill 11pm and Anyvan already office is closed as it's the weekend so if there's a problem you are on your own!...as a woman I feel very vulnerable as it's very late in the evening.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, LEFT US IN TEARS, CRUEL AND INHUMANE WORKING CONDITIONS FOR DRIVERS (check Facebook), Worst customer service for a company I have ever dealt with in my life! DO NOT USE EVER! Moved house from London to Edinburgh, their movers left us stranded in our old home with 20% of our items sitting there and no way to get them out because their drivers decided they had a hard stop on time so that they could squeeze an international move into 1 day. Every aspect of the service I paid for was incorrectly explained to me, multiple lies were told including that the move would be two-days and instead they crammed it into 1, forcing us and the drivers to do this move over 20 hours finishing at 2 am when we have 2 small children under the age of 2 years old. After their mess up on timing left us stranded with a house full of stuff in a country different to where we had to move, they still proceeded to say they would charge us another £1500 to create an entire new booking to get the rest of the 20% items moved (which were the equivalent of 1/4 of a van- only soft furnishings) when they quoted us £2400 for moving the entire 2 bed house! I was on the phone with customer service representatives during this move day for a total of 4.5 hours with absolutely no resolve, and each person I spoke to had no idea what the last person had spoken to me about so it was starting over every time with a new conversation and as I speak my items sit in another country as we try with a different company to figure out how to get them to us. This company is just a brokerage, they take absolutely no responsibility for their drivers or the service they promote to provide, they do not come to the house to survey and then they throw responsibility on you when they mess up. I was in tears all day yesterday trying to figure out how to solve the issue they created. As a lawyer I know that this company is not taking the right steps to ensure the health and safety of their drivers is protected when they force a massive move like this into 1 long day and truthfully t this entire experienced has been harmful to my own mental health. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING EVER!!!

I’ve had the worst experience with this company they were very unhelpful. First of all I booked to have two men in a van, collect two beds and a couple items from the kitchen. First of all. They wanted me to carry both beds down the stairs by myself as a single woman or they were going to charge me an extra £100 to carry them downstairs. Secondly, I made a mistake online when booking and chose fridge freezer. Not realising there was another option for an American fridge freezer so for this They wanted to charge me an extra £130 for it being slightly bigger which is extortionate in my opinion after going back-and-forth on the phone with customer service and them wanting me to pay £130 over the phone there and then and carrying both beds down the stairs by myself. Also had started loading the items onto the van They then told me even if I do pay the £130 extra. They still can’t take the fridge as they don’t have the tools to lift it even though it’s a very light fridge and I was able to move it myself. So why was they so adamant for me to pay £130 over the phone there and then if they couldn’t lift it anyway and knowing they don’t do refunds. To me that it’s fraudulent behaviour requesting money over the phone more than one occasion for something. They know they cannot do at the time. It is disgusting how this company has treated me making a woman do heavy lifting, even though she paid extra to have 2 men on the job knowing there was some lifting to do. Even on the link they sent me for the booking, I was able to amend it to an American fridge freezer So why were the men unequipped knowing that bookings can be amended last minute. Now I have to book elsewhere to do the job properly.

This company is a scam! From drivers to customer care , they all are . The only one point you feel you are listened to is when they are doing your booking but once thats done and money is secured they DONOT care .Yes i will name and shame .Grant Adonis took my phone calls to make this premium booking of 4 bedroom house move ( fully furnished property ) .I clearly stated it requires lights to come off ceiling and requires curtains to come off .The premuim service comes with unlimited dismantle and i was reassured this will not be a problem .You will have records of all 3-4 phone conversations i had with Grant Adonis lasting 30 minutes each , discussing everything in depth .I was reassured they will be flexible on the day if there were few additional boxes to takeaway as things can add up quickly with house move and they are flexible to help.Grant advised it will require 25 boxes which thy will send for packing .I requested early start which they reassured again .On the day tracker showed eta 7:35 am , drivers turned up at 8:10 , telling me the tracker was off but clearly that was a lie ! They carried on wasting time talking , laughing and started the job 9 am .They packed their '25' boxes light with only 3-4 items each so very quickly 25 boxes were filled and packed and with over half of the stuff left at the property thy refused to take anything else .Now they set off to destination and called me as they arrived to drop off destination and started unloading asking me for more money and threatened me that they will take my stuff away in van and will not unload until i have cleared extra charges! I called customer care and waited for 30 min but i couldn't speakto their manager to try and resolve this .The girls at customer care threatened me again that if I haven't paid extra in 5 min my goods in anyvan move will be taken away and kept in their possession, so i was left with no option but to authorise £123 payment that i was asked .To my surprise they took £246 instead of £123 that i was told .This was in addition to £1040 i paid already and bear in mind my half stuff is left back at my property .The drivers 'Albertas & team' carried on laughing and cracking jokes in polish whilst they were carrying out the job in my property and i felt unsafe around them .They went on hour long lunch break and numerous snack breaks when i already told them i was short of time and it was delaying things ! Utterly disgusted .I will report the company to professional standards and police to investigate this .I am concerned about well being of vulnerable people that are left in similar situation and are not in a position to speak up or report this ! SHAME ON YOU

I'll just leave my email complaint, after going back and forth for months. The only offer they could give was £10 off the next time I use them. I'd never use them again. Rude driver - booked and paid for two people to help move a full house of furniture. He turned up alone, so we had to help. Helping actually meant that we did ALL the lifting and going up and downstairs. He drove the stuff to the new property where we waited for 3 hours as he did other jobs in-between, he half-assisted in unloading the van (dropped our property, and didn't care). Then just drove off, leaving us to move all the stuff up 2 flights of stairs ourselves (you actually pay to have them take things up the stairs). He forged my signature to say that I was happy with the competed job - despite a lot of my property being damaged. Contacted AnyVan for MONTHS afterwards and they took no responsibility for the fraudulent signature, or the fact we did most of the work (all but the driving). They didn't give a rats behind. Very patronising on the phone They ended up offering me £10 towards the next time I use them - which will be never.

Had a car moved 280 miles by Anyvan as the quote was fair. They did not let me know a time for pickup as stated so I had to chase them. They were 4 hours late picking up the other end from the chap i bought it from. There was no communication. I had to keep contacting them. They then changed delivery to me to the next day! Again they did not communicate and their tracker was never updated. Funny they recalled the feedback email. AVOID

I have used AnyVan for the first time for a small removal, the quote was really attractive but I didn’t know what was waiting for me. The driver came very rudely counting the items one by one, then he tried to force me to pay £110 for a 20 seconds walking distance which is crazy! I managed to reduce the price by 50% . The driver himself told me that AnyVan uses low prices with hidden fees purposely. Anyway, I went to my new property and didn’t unpack my stuff straight away, I left the TV at last as TV table didn’t arrive from Ikea, when I turned it on, I noticed that the driver had damaged it! I asked Anyvan for reimbursement but they rejected my claim ! It’s a scam, I will never use them again.

Absolutely appalling treatment yesterday. We bought a wardrobe flat packed from jysk in Wakefield. We asked about delivery which we were told was by anyvan and would be £26. A lot considering they were driving two miles up the road. We asked if they would take it upstairs in that price as my partner and I both have bad backs., and not just feeble back ache, i have a metal plate in my spine and under no uncertain terms must i lift. We were told we had to go online and sort the delivery and yes it included taking it upstairs. On their web site there was a choice of two prices depending on the size of the package. We didnt know which size ours was so decided as they were going to take it upstairs we would pay the higher price of £40. They arrived this morning flatly refusing to take it upstairs. My partner argued with them that we had paid an extortionate amount for that service but it was left at the bottom of the stairs. We are now going to have to lift it up between us. Shocking service, what a disgusting company.

Today, I made an agreement with this company to move my house to a warehouse. They did not inform me what kind of belongings I have and whether their information is important. They also entered the information I gave incompletely into the system. The driver they sent is a disgrace. The vehicle is very small. I said I have a king size bed. It did not fit in the vehicle. We tried to put it in a difficult way. The driver who will help is looking for an excuse not to work. So much so that they ruined my whole day and my belongings. Their customer service is a bit low. They hung up the phone on me several times. They treated me badly. While they were on the line, they had a meeting with the driver to create an argument. Their workflow is terrible. And they are doing business against human rights. Do not choose this campaign. It is incredibly scary. It is so bad that I wouldn't even want to spend time on such things. But I want to write everywhere. I told them to refund my money. They talked like they were making fun of me. They spread the entire half-hour job into 4.5 hours. They caused me so much stress that I want to say more as I write. It's very bad. Don't choose it.!!!!

I asked for a Luton van and got a fiat mwb ducato. I asked for 2 strong men and got 2 persons unable to lift anything heavy which made everything take twice as long. They refused to take the worktops along with other items as they were too long for their van and suggested I arrange for them to return the following day for an additional charge. They did not have any protection for the items and scratched almost every kitchen door as they squeezed it into the van. I send pictures of the complete kitchen to Anyvan to ensure there would not be any problem. I attempted to call them several times but they did not return my calls.

The pre day service was excellent, on the day was acceptable. BUT do not make a mistake with what you have, they charged me £6.50 per box extra, might not sound a lot but that equated to a increase of 30% to the end bill, I have no problem paying extra for the boxes but the £389 extra on the day was taking advantage of their customers stress. Would not use them again.

Made loads of promises when booking about how I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Moving day turned out to be a complete nightmare as I booked the removals between 12-2 and no sign of them and tracking wasn't working. Apparently they were stuck in bad traffic. They eventually turned up after 5pm because of an engine fault, which I have still had no proof of. The men turned up- one with no English, failed to wear protective foot wear or put protective covers down. They completely messed up the sale of my house, luckily my purchaser was very understanding. Customer services were shockingly bad when dealing with the complaint and got a ridiculous £50 refunded. Avoid!!!!!!

Do not use Any van! We bought a heavy dining table at Home Sense, and they offer Any van for a delivery service. The order online took ages to sort out but they quoted £40 for 2 men, which we paid. On the day of delivery we got several confusing and contradictory messages re expected delivery time, and when we rang for help they were difficult to understand, with poor English. Eventually they found the shop, but then rang to say there was an extra charge of £14 because the table was on the first floor, not the ground floor! We had no choice but to pay or they wouldn't deliver it. I suspect, reading other reviews, that this is a regular scamming tactic they use. They were unprofessional, foreign, untrustworthy and shambolic. Avoid!

Do not use this company! They are scammers! They turned up in the smallest van you have ever seen to move a 3 bedroom house! They filled the van and then said (with half our stuff still left in the house) that that was it! I needed to speak to anyvan and pay more if I wanted the rest of the stuff taken as they had taken everything on the inventory! They then tried to get me to pay another £320 to move the rest of my house contents! I refused and every 10 mins this price went down! Eventually after threatening to take them to court we paid £40! Awful company make the day so much more stressful and obviously scam people to pay more money by bringing vans that are too small and trying to charge them more money for an extra trip! DO NOT USE!
