“It was a good way to find a courier. The driver was courteous and careful he collected and delivered as promised and phoned me to say the job was completed. All in all, a very good first experience of using a courier service.”

“DISGUSTED! DISGUSTED! I WAS ROBBED!!! Arranged with Anyvan to pick up a 2nd hand speed boat my kids and I had saved up for and were very excited to get for my husbands 50th birthday.... This was a big deal and really wanted it to arrive on his birthday. I would have otherwise collected myself from the other side of the country to Devon, but had broken my ankle. After paying a deposit to Anyvan, I Was told to contact the van driver beforehand to pay him the rest, but because I couldn't get to a cash machine and was housebound I transferred the money over to his account the day before collection...(stupid of me I know now! But I like to think somebody is trustworthy) we waited till 4 o'clock on his birthday...the guy didn't show up , We were all upset as there was nothing to show for the birthday...so I called Anyvan, they said the guy had cancelled and I'd have to pay for another driver. (They didn't call me to let me know)I was appalled and so angry! Anyway needed to get the boat over somehow, thought I'd sort it out afterwards and booked another more expensive driver (surprise surprise!) who said he'd set out straight away. The boat arrived day after my husbands birthday and I'd had to pay out more than double what I should have...I fought with Anyvan and said they should be liable, but theyve got it all sewn up in their favour! They agreed to give me my deposit back in the end after many threats and the p...k van driver who stole my money won't, my husband even spoke to him afterwards, he promised to pay me, 3 weeks later and I'm still £225 down ...I can't name names but he's a driver in Totnes...if he gives me my money back I won't take him to small claims or near to name him in my next review! He even told me that Anyvan owed him money and that's why he took it from me and that I should claim back from Nick at Anyvan...JuSt ridiculous! I'm the customer here...what kind of company operated this way...they should be put out of business! REVOLTING!!!”

“If you list a job they insist to calling you, so you ask that you dont get called, they say OK. Next time you list a job they keep calling you..... if you dont want constant harrasment whilst working chose one of the other similar companies that wont call and harrass you.... After all I thought I was using an internet based service, what next? call me, send me letters, send someone round to my front door? Ultimately when I try to get the person calling me to transfer me to a manager they say wait a minute and then cut you off.... ARGHHHH”

“Hired a van for a local move. The first driver cancelled 3 days before the job. The replacement driver turned up late, took advantage of me not being there to have my sons, who were only supposed to help him load the van, do the loading for him while he spent his time on his phone. He then refused to do more than one run, it needed 2 and was a 15 minute trip, as he had double booked and had another job to get to. On the delivery end he unloaded everything onto the pavement, left it there and drove off to his next job.Hired a van for a local move. The first driver cancelled 3 days before the job. “We Care moved me from Ivybridge to Plymouth. The guys were excellent and made my move stress free with no fuss. They were polite, friendly and professional and a credit to the company. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick efficient stress free move.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! At all costs, do not use this guy, our special moving house day has been ruined by this lying time waster. Our first job was apparently cancelled which we only discovered by calling (again) then we were advised an alternative driver would pick up the job, an hour later no sign, another call and we are informed "he is on his way" further delays and we can't even access via the mobile number instead I get very abrupt and informal text messages with another number to contact saying he will arrive at 3pm. I try the contact number and he says he is in Hemel Hempstead and will be realistically at least an hour, so 4.15pm. Our previous ETA was a complete lie. 4.15pm passes, he is stuck in traffic, 5.15pm is now estimated. We have been waiting outside in cold wind and rain, being lied to repeatedly and left in the lurk. Alternative drivers are put on hold, including maintenance staff at our new premises because this business just can't be honest. I would recommend everyone steer clear from this Kareem guy, the cheapest option is obviously the worst!”
