“THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME ON TWITTER AND I AM LEFT WITH A £900 BILL THANK YOU ANYVAN I AM DISABLED AND YOU HAVE HAD ME OVER WELL DONE TO YOU ALL INCLUDING ASHLEY IN SOUTH AFRICA Booked this service and paid over the odds as i wanted to know i was covered. And not be let down. Coutier never informed me he was collecting but the seller did. He said he would be there for 4pm and arrived at 7.15pm. He said he could drop off with me 7am the next day ( sunday ) i got up at 6.30 and he arrived at 10am uloaded the car and went. I now have a massive chip in windscreen I never signed for car as he was in a rush. Anyvan are messing me about and i can not use car so I wasted my money using them but i have now got a solicitor”

“They delivered a motorbike to me in middleton manchester from milton keynes,I wish I could remember the drivers name,they where bang on time and msgd me twice to keep me upto date,well done driver and all involved.many thanks.Ray (donnas)donohue manchester \{°¿°}/”

“Booked and paid a week in advance to pick van up at 9am, driver text and cancelled at 3.30am on the morning cancelling, anyvan did not resolve this, i ended up with a fine for picking van up late and had to arrange collection elsewhere”

“Used Anyvan a few times now. The last time I tried them for a house removal they broke a ladder shelf even though I warned them that they couldn't disassemble it. This time I paid for the premium service thinking they'd take better care. Paid almost £700 just to move my furniture 10 minutes away for the 'Premium Service' booking reference AV 725 9580. My baby's cot fell apart 3 nights after we moved in and Anyvan 'investigated' and decided that since the cot hadn't fallen apart immediately, they couldn't take responsibility for the damage. My baby was in the cot when this happened. Sheer luck that he got away with only a bruise from falling out. Avoid Anyvan's assembly service and definitely do not depend on their customer service. It was very disappointing and I'm certainly never using them again.”

“Any van is a great way to find experienced and knowledgeable people who move whatever you need quickly and efficiently. It was easy to book and on the day to track your item from pick up to delivery. The gentlemen who helped me were very helpful and listened to and acted in my instructions. Thank you. “Avoid all.costs ....total cowboys.I booked 1 job and was told when the sofa arrived i would be charged standard £50 extra to take the feet off and put back.on then i found it it's not actually chargeable!I cancelled a job well inside the 48 hrs and they have taken half for a non delivery out of my account 3 calls later i'm refused to speak with a manager so i ask a call back ..they don't bother..AVOID this company,they will hike up the price if they have to walk to a property an inch further than eztimated”

“These people are scammers. I booked on a Sunday afternoon and on their site everything looked fine including the date requested. By Monday morning I received a confirmation by email saying the date was the day after my booking. Speaking to their customer services and even to a manager I was told if I changed the date now it would cost twice the amount stated. If I cancelled it would cost me half the fee (which they had already taken so not even sure I will get half refunded). The charge is applicable if you cancel within 48 hours as stated in their 20 pages of conditions. There was not 48 hours between my booking and the date and time I requested. How much money are they taking from people like me. Disgusting service. Keep away.”

“We have just sent some things from Italy to the UK. Gareth at Lenyx was very helpful from the start, keeping us informed of what we needed. Florin who did the move was very good and a pleasure to work with, very efficient and helpful at both ends of the move. I would certainly use them again.”

“Couldn't ask for a better service. Rolff assisted us not Just in a very proffesional way, he was as friendly and helpful as he could have been. Communication was really easy and fast and everything we moved in his van arrived in absolute perfect conditions. We will definitely use anyvan again ^^”

“I waited over 2 weeks for the missing parts of my delivery. Was verbally berated by driver which made me too scared to contact him again. I was told by anyvan.com I would not have to see him again and they would arrange a collection and re-delivery with another driver. Needless to say the original driver turned up at my house with no prior warning that it would be him. Was offered a £10 discount and a £20 credit for my distress which I did not accept.”

“Excellent service, identified a time slot and provided drivers details and tracking facility to reassure you the job was in hand. Plenty of opportunity to add to your itinerary. The removal men were efficient, friendly and helpful. Cost of service was proportionate and less than other local services. I would recommend Anyvan.”
