“I am still waiting for the delivery. Last Wednesday the delivery status said: “Due to arrive today”. It didn’t arrive. And the following day, and ever since, it just says” “Pending”. Really annoying because I paid for delivery and ordered early enough for it to reach me by a friend’s birthday. But it didn’t arrive. And I am still waiting”

“It's always a bit of a risk ordering something on the internet and hoping it's as good as advertised. However, I can honestly say that the 'orca bath sheet' that I ordered is fantastic - both in quality and design. I am a very happy customer and I'm sure that the person who I'm giving it as a gift will be just as thrilled! Thank you.”

“The batwing jumper is in lovely shades and have had compliments (from adults) on the occasions I have worn it. My 4 year old thinks its the most snuggly thing ever & wants one to match! However, i did notice it has a couple of pulls on it after only a couple of wears, which is a bit of a shame.”

“I ordered said cardigan one evening. As soon as I sent it through I realised that I had ordered 8 rather than 16. The next morning I tried to phone to remedy this. No number. I then wrote a quick email. No response. The cardigan got sent. I immediately returned it. No response. I asked for a size 16 to be sent out. I asked for a postage refund. A rather unfriendly message came in return with my name spelled incorrectly. Had to reorder. No postage as my fault. Not the best customer services ever! On the back of that email I have now decided not to reoorder.”

We do state on our website that we're unable to guarantee any amendments or cancellations to orders once they’ve been placed as our customer service team work on a 48 hour email response time, but we will try our best! If it’s not possible and you wish to return an unwanted order, you can do so on our returns portal.
