“Lovely products - extra large bee picnic blanket and rabbit wash bag. However, delivery not so good, expected 2 - 5 days, more like 10. I contacted customer service via the website to ask where my package was but didn’t receive a reply. The packaging was torn but thankfully the contents were un-damaged. I will consider purchasing from Anorak again but disappointed with customer service and delivery”

“Delivery prompt, no complaints. Ordered the blue bee towels and bath mat. In reality the colour is much duller and there is no bright white on the towel. The blue is a dusky grey/blue. Not a true likeness to the photo. Have sent back.”

“I have given Anorak online a five star rating for customer service. I ordered a bee doormat for my Auntie’s birthday and unfortunately it arrived with a hole where some of the natural product had come away. I sent an email and the problem was rectified quickly. Thank you for being proactive and considering the customer. Great effort 🐝”

“Anorak Online. Beautifully animally products for grown-ups (and their children, if need be). Wonderfully responsive customer service when my delivery seemed to be dragging its heels - I was wondering whether my badgers had snuck off to live with someone else, but they turned up the day after, snug in their carry bag. I look forward to sleeping underneath them, but for now I'm just admiring them. And acknowledging to myself that I'll never manage to pack them back into the lovely drawstring bag. I am so in love with their products that I've put in another order - ducks. And more badgers.”

“This is a lovely raincoat. I would say it is on the large size, as I am a size 10-12 so ordered the 12, but it's pretty big and I wish I'd got the 10. I will still be wearing it for every downpour though!”
