“Easy to navigate site with clear pricing. Seems keenly priced, but happy to pay a little more for organic cotton if good quality, which product seems to be. Daughter is over the moon with panda bedding, very soft and silky fabric. Easy payment, delivery very efficient and faster than expected (Yodel notifications arrived several days after the package!).”

“I ordered three items online. They are all of good quality. We love anorak in general. I have however needed to return one of the items as it is the incorrect size. The website will not take returns unless you have had this officially agreed with them. Despite three emails I still have not had a response. I now have an item I cannot send back with no guarantee that I will be refunded which is against trading standards.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery but came late. Emails chasing order and asking for postage refund went unanswered. I like the product but maybe it is a bit overpriced for the quality. Overall I'm a bit non pluse.”

“I'm only writing a review because Anorak solicited it. I couldn't find the size guide on the site, I emailed to enquire and telephoned the helpline but no one has been back in touch. I ordered a medium which were too large so I've sent them back to what I hope is the correct address and hope they will be exchanged for a small. A bit of communication is reassuring, there wasn't even anything in the package to help you with the return so I just wrote my request on the delivery slip. Fingers crossed that it works out and I get my pyjamas (which seem very nice) before christmas.”

“Ordered an extra large pair of pjs size 14/16. They are tiny. Had to give them to my 10/12 daughter and they are not even a generous fit on her. Get your sizing right.”

“Designs and quality are lovely. But the bath matt is almost indistinguishable from the hand towel in size and textile. I was expecting it to be a bit bigger and thicker”

“Always a little extravagance for me to buy from Anorak but their fun designs and bright colours keep me coming back. Ordered the fox mat and snow leopard pyjamas in November 2020 and on this occasion it took 2 weeks for all of my order to be delivered and I had to chase online. The items are lovely but the pyjamas (ordered small) are a very generous fit. Still happy with them though.”
