“Unfortunately, my order was never delivered. When I first reported this, I received prompt responses from customer service, but asked to wait, to see if the package might have been returned. For the last three weeks, I have heard nothing at all regarding the order, although I have e-mailed to ask again. The order was placed May 7, it is July 19, and I am still waiting to hear back about either a replacement or refund.”

“Loved the stags tablecloth. However had expected the background to be cream rather than mushroom, as the images led me to believe. It's a lot browner than I had imagined and has made the kitchen less bright and breezy and more autumnal.”

“The items are good (beautiful and good quality). The delivery was a bit expensive but fast. But service in case of complaint should be improved! I ordered (and payed) a set of four of one item and got just one. I contacted the service twice to complaint, but got no answer.”

“Delighted with the wash bag, good size and quality and will be trying it out on a trip this weekend. Website and service good and my only disappointment was the postage charge of almost £5 which I consider excessive for what is a light item .”

“Anorak Online ALWAYS makes me happy! My latest purchase was the Kissing Horses pale blue and white king size duvet set. It arrived swiftly and was on my bed in a jiffy! Beautiful quality cotton which will wash and wash and never lose its colour. This is the 3rd duvet set I’ve bought from Anorak and like their gorgeous towels, the quality never disappoints. They last for years. And finally I’ve got horses on my bed. Hurray! Thanks Anorak.”

“I love the designs and colours. It was a wedding gift for friends who love badgers. But they said that the delivery guy just chucked it over their neighbours gate and this was a really bad part as it made them upset.”

“My item still hasn't arrived. You've used Hermes for delivery, who claim to have tried to deliver three times but have only left two cards. I'd happily collect but there are no contact instructions for collection, no courier location I can visit etc.”

“I rang to find out if they had any stock left of the old cool bags. They were so helpful checking with the warehouse and calling back when they said and finding the last one! I’d left my original in a rented cottage! So pleased they were able to replace. Thank you”
