“Lovely product but not quite right for my room (bedding didn't match the curtains) - it was a very smooth and efficient refund service (even though it takes a little while to complete).”

Hi, sorry to hear you've had a disappointing shopping experience with Anorak. We're a very small independent business with only 10 employees - our refund policy states that it will take us up to 21 days to unpack, process and refund your return, sorry about that. “This was our second purchase from Anorak. The first was a complete set of “kissing squirrels” towels. The quality was so good combined with the ethos of the company, we decided to go for the”orcas” as well. Both sets have been much admired and they are a pleasure to use.”
