“I have looked at the animal door mats for a long time and finally decided to treat myself to two. I love how they look and the quality is great, unfortunately I had to put them outside rather than inside as they are too thick for the door to open over but I still love them”

“I bought the waddling ducks towels as a cheer-up gift for a friend. To be honest although the pattern is really pleasing I was rather underwhelmed at the quality in relation to the price. It's a shame as the service was good and the website was easy to use however I don't think I will purchase anything again.”

“We love our new towels! We ordered ‘Kissing swans’ and ‘Fish’. They look super stylish! Amazing quality! And they’ve washed really well too! I shopped around a lot before buying as they’re a bit more than my budget and I felt it was a gamble buying on-line but I’m glad I took the plunge! I would buy from Anorak again now I’ve seen that the quality is good.”

“Item I purchased went into the summer sale only 24-36hours after I bought the product. I emailed to ask if anorak would refund the difference and had no reply so disappointed in after sales service rather then product.”

“I love the Anorak designs. Have previously ordered two duvet sets, the quality of which have been superb. The website is easy to use and orders are despatched quickly. Customer services also respond promptly. I removed a star as I returned a T shirt recently. For £30 I would have expected better quality- it was see- through. A shame.”

“Europa Porto ist ungleich Porto in die Schweiz, dies muss deutlicher aus der Homepage hervorgehen. Da 5 Tage nach der Bestellung noch keine Versandbestätigung einging, fragte ich nach. Von dort an lief alles reibungslos, nach 4 Tagen lag die Bestellung, zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit, in meinen Händen.”
