“Items not received, upon enquiry they were 'lost with delivery firm'. Good customer service response and delivery then received the next day. Unfortunately not the right items. Awaiting customer service response on second problem. Unable to rate actual items as I don't have the right ones yet!”

“I placed rather a large sale order... some items went out of stock, so delivery was delayed. I got a call to check this was ok and whether I wanted the rest of my order delivered in the meantime. I wasn't in a rush, so was happy to wait. What I did ask though was to add more items to my open order, so Ruth added them and didn't charge delivery. Part of my order then went missing with the courier - along with some other people's, I believe. Ruth called, explained the situation to me and advised a new order was out and on its way. As much as my order was delayed a little, I really appreciated the personalised and proactive service. Plus, this was my first Anorak order and I just love all the patterns!”

“Unfortunately I cannot personally comment on the goods that I ordered as they are part of a gift for someone's birthday in a couple of months time. However, I am sure that they will be very much appreciated as they look to be very good quality. It was very easy to place an order and I had no problems at all. Additionally, very quick delivery. I will definitely use Anorak Online in the future.”
