“6weeks have passed since I ordered. My package's still in UK. I would like to collect it from royal mail and use another international postal derivery. Anorak's costomer service told me,thank you for your pacient and have a good day.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review, I have looked into your order and can see this was placed just under 4 weeks ago, we wrote to you to update you on the unfortunate Royal Mail cyber attacks on international orders and thanked you for your patience. I can see your order was shipped on 30/01 and the tracking was last updated on 07/02. For orders outside of the UK sadly they can take a little longer due to customs. We are sorry for this delay and appreciate it is frustrating however we are unable to amend the shipping carriers as this is already on route to you. Best wishes Team Anorak

“This blouse is one of the nicest blouses I think I've ever owned. The fabric is so lovely and soft. The colours and design are so different to what is available from other clothing companies. I love Anoraks ethos too. It was my first purchase, admittedly I waited for the sale, so happy & will certainly buy from them again.”

“Fantastic picnic blanket, I wanted this for a long time and had to wait for sale to afford. It will be so great this summer, especially on sand which won't cling to it. Got size L It's longer than average, so great for my very tall partner to lie down on, but packs down small so ideal for families with lots of other gear to carry.”

“I bought several items from Anorak and they are all excellent quality and true to the size guide. I had an issue with an item purchased previously shrinking in the wash and the customer service team were prompt and helpful. I have not had any problems with my replacement items. The fabrics all feel substantial, the details are well finished and the designs make me happy when I’m wearing them!”
