“It's the 4th ANORAK sleeping bag I have bought - a present for my 4th grandchild! So lovely so soft so cottony & probably so much nicer than any other sleeping bag in the whole world! Fabulous service from ANORAK. I might need a few more as babies come along - keep the bright and cheery patterns coming! (Not so keen on anything not bright and cheery!!) Thank you!”

“Such good quality bedding. Feels gorgeous to sleep under. Quite like the flower designs, but I miss the animal designs, only bought flowers because no other options. But I love the organic cotton so much I had to buy Anorak!”

“I love patterns from Anorak, but after buying 2 sets of bedding, 4 dresses, sweatshirt, 2 sets of towels and kids items (in the past you also made those), I have to say - quality is not your strong side. Stitching disintegrated on all of the towels so quickly I was seriously upset. Dresses - I have return 3 out of 4 for a replacement as they were very poorly made, and I regret not asking for refund as items sent as replacement were just as poorly made. Bedding- faded horribly on the very first wash... looked ages old on the second and every consecutive use... You really have to ask yourself seriously if ANY of your items are sustainable and long lasting? None of the items I have purchased from your shop I still possess, as all of them just disintegrated. Please do your customers a favour and either make improvements or simply stop operating as I really think you are not dedicated to deliver quality items.”

Interesting, a very rare review questioning our quality, and it's anonymous. Unlike the other 4000 positive reviews we have here from verified customers, many with glowing things to say about the quality of their purchases. Hmmmmm.... Quality is at the heart of all we make. We work incredibly hard to bring long-lasting, high quality products to market, so naturally refute these defamatory claims, which unfortunately we are unable to look into due to the anonymous nature of this somewhat spurious review.

“I came across Anorak products in Beaumaris, Anglesey, and was immediately very intrigued by the lovely designs (towels/facecloths etc). I thought they'd make super presents, though I couldn't comment as yet on the quality/value, as they're not cheap. I took a leap in the dark!”

“I ordered a picnic blanket for my sister's birthday, and got it sent directly to her. When it arrived, she told me it was visibly dirty. I emailed them to ask for a replacement, but got no reply. This is very disappointing”
