“Excellent pre-sales customer service (email/live chat), loved the product and packaging. However, I had requested the product to be delivered a specific day as we were travelling abroad (it was at least 2 weeks after the order date as per online guidance), but finally it was only posted on the requested day (Friday), so we received it on Monday, just before our flight, so this was a bit stressful. Also, for a diamond certificate, I received a valuation price. That was unthoughtful, as it was a present and I had to give the valuation (showing a price with big letters) instead of a diamond certification, which was embarassing. Also, the certificate did not mention if it was a natural or lab diamond. Loved the design, but Angelic Diamonds should provide a diamond grading report as other jewellers, rather than an estimated valuation price. If Angelic Diamonds wants to provide a valuation price to make customers feel that it was bought at a bargain price, this should be a separate document.”

“I love the ring I received however I was torn between 2 widths of band so having more comparible images and real images would be so helpful for online purchasing. As much as I wish I'd gone for the slightly wider band I do like the one I received. Well made design just as expected in a really nice presentation box and competitive price. Goes well with my wedding band. Make life easier for online purchasing by loading more images for us. Customer services were very helpful.”

“Very pleased with the sparkly diamond circle earrings although the post on one is bent so don't know how long it will last - they were around £600 so not cheap and therefore I would have expected the posts to be abit more robust.”
