“We travelled from Scotland down to the showroom in England to find a wedding ring after my partner bought my engagement ring online from angelic diamonds. We had arranged an appointment to look at wedding rings and to have the diamond in my engagement ring changed. We arrived early and were asked to come in. The man who met us was extremely awkward and very quiet he pulled out a box and showed us the rings we had requested on email before. He hardly spoke and I just tried them on and it was very awkward for me and my partner. This was an exciting purchase and we were spending alot of money so would have expected a better service. We looked at wedding rings elsewhere and it was a totally different service showing interest, asking about the wedding asking what I liked/disliked. No offer of even a drink of water after making the journey. The person did answer the questions we had and was knowledgeable but I get the impression they don’t see customers fact to face often. We did buy the ring as I wanted to ensure it matched and I love both my rings but the service wasn’t great we left feeling a bit deflated and that’s not how you should feel after an exiting purchase. We were also charged for resize of my engagement ring despite spending over £1000 and given I didn’t use my first free one I thought this could have been done for free. Great product but need to work on customer service.”

We're always available to answer questions and offer guidance, but we’ve found many customers prefer having space to explore and try on rings at their own pace. As mentioned on our website, the first resize is free within 90 days, but since your ring was two years old, the resizing fee applied.
