“Lovely company to work with. I have ordered the ring and returned it couple times, each time asking them to amend something. First time - I needed smaller diamonds! The ones I ordered were huge and looked bulky. The second time, asked them to make the band thicker. They did a great job and customer service was excellent, one of the best I ever had to deal with. I was worried I was being an annoying client, but they certainly didn't make me feel that way (even though I really was!). They will send you delivery date and time on the day you order your ring so you can plan to be at home that day to receive your parcel. Delivery is normally about 3 weeks. It's been correct day every time. The only time I had a problem where my delivery didn't arrive in time, was when Royal Mail delayed it, nothing to do with Angelic Diamonds. But they did deliver the very next day instead.”

“Brilliant service, I ordered a 30th birthday present for my wife, it was a platinum sapphire ring- she didn't love the original one I chose so I had to swap it with Angelic, and I must say the customer service was second to none. Getting it swapped, the new finance set up and the new one to me as soon as possible so my wife could have it for our holiday was impeccable. Ps we used Angelic for our engagement rings back in 2021 and the service was great then, much more reasonable priced than high street jewelers and better quality and service!!”

“The perfect wedding band! I spent a long time looking for a wedding band to compliment my classic one stone round engagement adding a touch of character without overpowering. The selection on Angelic diamonds was by far the best within my price range. “What a find compared with the UK and US online market leaders! Stumbled on Angelic Diamonds at the last minute when buying an engagement ring. Lovely choices, better prices and wonderful customer service! Had to ring them a few times firstly to get the ring quickly then to get it enlarged, staff couldn’t be more helpful. And the ring is absolutely stunning everyone says so. Thank you Angelic Diamonds you have made me a very happy man (so has my fiancé) Mike Delany”
