“The service from start to finish was impeccable. I had a couple of questions which were answered immediately and I also requested a speedy turn around, which the customer care team were really happy to help with. On arrival of the engagement ring it was boxed in discreet packaging and the ring itself was in a luxury leather box with all documents enclosed, I couldn't have asked for better presentation and service - Thank you so much!”
