“Great experience and would highly recommend. Was looking for a man's wedding band and looked thoroughly online. Came across Angelic Diamonds who were the best priced and also offered free engraving, so it was a no-brainer. Found out they were online-only, so arranged an appointment to go and try some samples on. Placed an order online after the appointment, and received an email to advise a completion date of the order for 3 weeks from then, and to expect and email with dispatch details by 16:30 on that day. Three weeks later on the day they advised we received the email as expected, and the ring arrived the next day by special delivery. Packaging was nice and discreet to reduce the risk of any issues in transit. Unpacked the ring which was in a nice box with a valuation certificate and instructions on how to take care of the product. After trying on the ring it was too small, so we contacted AD regards their free re-sizing who swiftly emailed back about the logistics of returning the ring, along with advice on how to get the right size. Posted it back to AD via special delivery and they advised once they had received it, before sending it back (again, nice and discreetly packaged). The resized ring fit perfectly and the engraving still seems perfect. Overall, great quality, great communication, great price. Would shop there again and would highly recommend.”

“I love my engagement ring!!! Me & my partner were extremely nervous about ordering online, but the service we received over the phone & on email was second to non which was very reassuring. The staff are very helpful & knowledgeable much better than the high street chains we visited. The ring was delivered bang on time & I absolutely love it!!!”
