“Was a bit apprehensive about buying an engagement ring online. It's hard to tell from pictures how the ring will look in real life, whether the size and colour/clarity would be the same as in the pictures. The ring I received exceeded my expectations and I'm sure my girlfriend will love it (proposing in 2 days times). The customer service was also excellent and they replied to my questions instantly.”
