“The process from start to finish was excellent. Choosing the ring online was simple and easy to understand. Pricing was the best on the market that I could find. From placing the order to receiving the ring was quick, especially as they make it from scratch, and the quality of the finished product is top notch. We needed the ring to be resized as well, which they did free of charge and had a turnaround of 3 days for me. Which is remarkable considering it was over the Xmas period. I would highly recommend using angelic diamonds for anybody.”

“I purchased the 0.4 carat 18K white gold diamond pendant for my wife for Christmas. It came on the day promised very well packaged with a superb black presentation box. It was exactly what I expected by when my wife first put it on it well exceeded all my expectations. She loved it and has not taken it off since. Got that one right.....didn't I?”

“Let's face it - the pressure of getting it right when it comes to proposals, is extreme; when to do it, where, how, what to say, but most of all - will she like the ring you've chosen. Fortunately, I had a bit of a steer from my partner as to the style but that was it. Attracted by the on-line 'bang-for-buck' to be made vs high street prices, but daunted by the myriad of options when choosing a ring, I found the Angelic Diamonds website to be the most easy and pleasing to use. There is a host of information on there to help you decide ring metal, stone type, the 4 'C's etc - I really enjoyed becoming a bit more knowledgeable on the subject. Still, it was quite a worry to be parting with hard-earned money for something you hadn't held in your hand!. This is where the AD team really excelled. I contacted them via we chat a couple of times, and by phone. On all occasions they were on point, ready to help with any queries and questions. No hard sell. I just felt that I was in good hands all the way. Once the ring was ordered, it was delivered on time as expected, with all packaging and accompanying documents. So, was she pleased? She was absolutely over the moon with the ring and we often find ourselves admiring it, and smug me never tires of her saying - "you nailed that!". In summary, I thoroughly recommend Angelic Diamonds to anyone hoping to buy jewellery online but may worry about the experience - don't worry, it is truly a fantastic service.”

“I am delighted with the outcome of the engagement ring I bought. I was sceptical at first about buying online without the ability to see the ring in person. But once I received it I knew I made the right choice as I would not have been able to get a ring as such good quality on the high-street for a reasonably affordable price. The sales team were brilliant and emailed me personally once the order was received informing me of the production and planned delivery dates ect.
