They were very informative throughout the purchasing, procuring and shipping process and were there when I needed them the most to return to arrange a resizing. The resizing was back in my possession 3 days after sending it back, with correspondence and updates provided throughout. “I ordered my fiancé his wedding band as part of his Christmas present. After placing the order, I did get in touch to make a minor edit which they gracefully received and amended. On delivery, I was so impressed with the presentation and the ring was beautiful. It fit perfectly and it didn't need to be exchanged. I was told that if I needed to resize it, it wouldn't be a problem but everything was perfectly splendid. I would definitely recommend to any of my newly engaged friends.”
