“Excellent. Customer service was perfect considering I was about as difficult customer they could ask for. First it was the wrong ring, so we sent it back and replaced it for free with the 30 day money back. Then she couldn't pick between two designs so they took live photos from the store and emailed us them. She went for the more expensive one ofcourse. Which arrived and was beautiful. But the wrong size. So then we had it resized for free with the 50 day free resize. So I cannot fault the customer service or the ring. Thank you.”

Obviously it’s always a bit worrying ordering this kind of item online but the quality is fantastic. Good quality (so far - have used it for a few months) and price; helpful before and after the service (I had to resize it but was easy and straightforward; bear in mind that you'll have to send it back yourself via the post office and pay for it a few pounds).
