“Order a dining room set from Anderson’s. After receiving the wrong dining room table it took nearly a year to receive the correct table. Little in the way of apology and no compensation offered for the inconvenience. Coffee table received was also damaged, again a long lead time was suggested so we accepted a part refund and kept the item.”

“We bought a carpet from Andersons and had it fitted. The staff we dealt with were all very good. It was no problem getting samples home to help with decision making. It was supplied and fitted in a matter of weeks. Fitters were excellent and we are delighted with our new carpet.”

“We did business here when we purchased new lounge suite. Personal attention and friendly service are key features throughout the store. Anderson’s sell only very good quality furnishings and you can relax and take plenty time as you narrow down your selection. Delivery was almost on point which was all to do with the manufacturer just prior to Christmas however Anderson’s rose to the challenge and delivered as early as possible into the new year assisted by helpful and friendly delivery people. I’ve done business here before and won’t hesitate to do so again, an excellent company to deal with; thank you Shaz for all your help and expertise!”
