“The service was fantastic, helpful, friendly and they price matched. My order arrived in store sooner than expected, which was great. Something came up and I had to change the delivery date the day before and they were very accommodating. The delivery people were great too and they put the bed together very quickly. I have never bought anything from here before, being slightly out of town I didn’t tend to remember they were there, but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.”

“We have always found Andersons extremely helpful and genuinely honest retailers, whether it be when reviewing options for purchasing flooring (timber & carpets), furniture for various rooms and window coverings/curtains for our household. No pressure sales with great advice given each time. Installation works are carried out by excellent tradesmen with a minimum of fuss and the worksite is cleared every time. Would recommend them for all house furnishing/dressing needs.”

“We have used Anderson's three times , once for the supply and fitting of bedroom curtains and then for the fitting of two bedroom carpets and more recently for a major job, the fitting of a new hall, stairs and landing carpet. On all occasions, the staff have been polite and hard working and the end result has been to a very high standard. We will not hesitate to recommend Anderson's to friends and neighbours.”

“Waited 3 months for dining chairs only to receive the wrong shade of oak surround & now having to wait a further 2.1/2 months for the correct ones to be re-ordered. Although they said we could keep the wrong ones until the replacements arrive, overall we are very disappointed with the attitude & lack of apology for this mistake from Anderson’s for ordering the wrong chairs.”
