“We used Andersons when moving house last February 2023 for flooring throughout, window blinds and a wall unit for our Livingroom. The service throughout all the Departments were professional and helpfull in all aspects.”

“Was very pleased with the customer service I received when shopping for a settee at your premises. I did have in mind what I was out for as I had seen the 2 seater electric recliner in a sale leaflet and was delighted that it was in stock so did not have months of waiting for it which was a big bonus for me.I also enquired about a chair and footstool which was in your online sale clearance and your staff was very helpfull but missed it as it had been purchased a few days before.”

“Ordered a kitchen table and chairs and the assistant was excellent in guiding us to the size required. The order was delivered when expected. The delivery men were very good in assembling and talked us through how it went together if we needed to take apart. Overall we are very happy.”

We have always found an excellent selection of stock, good prices and really helpful and friendly staff. It's always a nice treat to spend time in the restaurant for a lovely lunch or coffee before going home.”

“This was my first order with Anderson's and I must say I have been impressed with their service. The item arrived promptly after the initial online purchase was made. Unfortunately the item had a slight issue (manufacturing fault, no fault on Anderson's part) after a quick phone call to Anderson's customer service the matter was resolved and a replacement item was promptly delivered. The staff member I spoke to was polite and understanding of the situation and dealt with the issue in a smooth and professional manner. It is obvious that Anderson's staff training is of a very high standard. I recently had a similar issue with a nationwide department store and unfortunately did not receive this level of professional customer care. Although I live in the London/Essex area I will certainly be using Anderson's online shop again due to their exemplary service. It is such a pleasure to be able to congratulate a company on their obvious interest in their patrons. The item itself is of great quality and I am enjoying using it. Thank you Anderson's.”

What I like the best is there is never any hard sell, the time to imagine living with the pieces and your truly awesome customer service people - warm and interested, nothing is too much trouble for them. “Fantastic - I live in Gloucester England and was looking for a bed and couldn't get any help down here so found your website and rang and spoke to Elaine who couldn't have been more helpful - found the bed I was looking for, ordered it and arranged delivery to my home and then also through email dealt with Amy and again faultless, replied back to any query I had within the hour and always both of them so polite and caring If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would - thank you again and I can assure anyone buying from them you will receive wonderful service”
