“I am a long standing Andersons customer and have always received excellent service from the staff, both at the point of sale and afterwards. One of the specialised castors on a bed I bought some years ago collapsed. I contacted Michelle at Andersons bedroom department seeking advice on how I might source a replacement. She was very pleasant and helpful. She contacted the bed manufacturer and within a couple of days I had a replacement castor. Thank you.”
