“I have used Anderson’s soft furnishings department a couple of times and recently purchased a double bed, pillows and a mattress. I have found the sales team to be pleasant, thorough and very knowledgeable about their products. The quality of goods is excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you for great customer service.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and utility room floors which were supplied and laid by Andersons in September. The workforce arrived on time as planned and did all that was necessary in a day and a half and left everything very clean and tidy. Many thanks, Nichola Forbes.”

“We are very disappointed that our order of furniture from the Maddison range has not as yet been completely fulfilled. The order was placed on the 16th of July. On chasing up the order we were informed that only part of the order was available for delivery as the bookcase had been missed of the consignment. We insisted that the available furniture was delivered immediately as we had sold our other pieces. The bookcase, as of today 13th November has still not been delivered with no communication as to a delivery date.”

“The staff are always really helpful and friendly. If you ask they will give advice about what goes with what and what kind of combinations work. It can be a bit pricey but generally, they are selling high-quality furniture which costs a bit more. In my experience, they reward those buying a few pieces with some kind of discount”

“I was embarrassed to call after our cat had shredded our carpet at a doorway and made it thread bare. They staff were so lovely and managed to do a patch repair and stretch the carpet too. Always amazing service from the team. Can’t recommend enough.”

Angela took all the dimensions and your fitter did a fantastic job fitting the rail, hanging the curtains and fitting the pelmet. Overall a great job done many thanks.”
