“the pre-sale help was really good, Urszula, I think, was her name...she helped me fast and competent The packaging inside the boxes was also good, but the boxes themself were far too thin, nearly all were torn and retaped by the transport company. it is a wonder that nothing really bad happened to the marchandise...allthough i will unwrapp everything only later in middle of November....”

“Quick delivery and very professional customer service. I would probably never bother buying their terracotta products as it twice came broken in pieces. I am using them as my secondary supplier as the prices are not that competitive in comparison to my current ones. Lots of products are out of stock what makes it time consuming in searching for the right item. However I am sill happy with them and I will keep ordering some of the items. I would suggest to offer more unlabeled items as My company does our own labels on the items we buy. also more jars and containers would do well if added to their offer. For example: They sell candle sand, wicks but there is no option to buy the candle pots at any reasonable price to go with it”

“The packaging of incense sticks was nice but the actual smell of all products was barely noticeable. The tea lights, bath bomb, diffuser and incense sticks were too mild to notice.”

“I was a little disappointed to find a few items out of stock with no prior warning, and also to find damaged stock..although AW replaced what was needed promptly without fuss. I love the huge variety of goods and the super friendly prices and quick delivery. Communication via email is also great. Thank you”

“I have been shopping with Ancient Wisdom for many years, and over this time they have improved the website and have some very good and interesting stock. Customer service is generally very good and I will often use the chat facility, which can be very useful for multitasking. My main bugbear is that they are in the stone age when it comes to PPD (pick, pack & dispatch). Having worked for a wholesaler for years we would offer a same day dispatch service (for next day delivery), with Ancient Wisdom 3 days is deemed acceptable. I have tried to message them to explain the urgency but then told that 3 days is the norm. The time it takes small stores to get the stock in is crucial, your customers can order their products anywhere these days, and I need to keep my customers happy. This is something I will need to work around, and perhaps you will too....”
