“placed an order for delivery 1-2 days pick and next day delivery still waiting for order sent me a tracking number but didn't send items so dpd informed me they would not be delivering even after speaking to ancient wisdom and confirming items were all ready for delivery. very disappointed.”

“I had a great first impression of AW when I first found it, I was even allowed to change items on the first orther bonus which was very kind... But when the products arrived, I realized that one of the items was not at the level of my expectations, at all. It is not esthetically pretty and it doesn't have any quality, at all. I'm trying to sort it out to send it back, but because I live in Portugal, it costs me a lot of money. I've paid a lot to send it to Portugal and now it seems that I need to pay to send it back when it is not my fault the product (6 kilos of unvented incense sticks) is not good. I've messaged a few days ago explaining the situation and no answer at all. I wonder why I don't get an answer...”

It's nice to be considered as a valuable customer, irregardless of length of time / qty of orders placed. They really do try to resolve any issues. “Very first order placed Monday a.m, expected it to arrive as per the website promise 1-2 days....still no order Thurs night.. had booked a pitch at a Fayre up country Fri / Sat / Sun...So am leaving early Friday morning to start a new venture with No stock.....Dissapointed is not a word I would use.......”

“I am just starting a dropshipping business and want to use Ancient Wisdom. I placed a test order and an item was missing, the box was open and one item was wrong - out of 6 items! I emailed (as can't find a telephone number) 3 days and still no response. I am putting a lot into this business and drop shipping is the only way I can get off the ground atm I will wholesale when I know what sells. Please get back to me so we can resolve and I can move forward. I see drop shipping as partnership, I sell and you distribute....but it needs to be well oiled machine!”

The drop shipping department replies to emails within a couple of hours usually so all the emails we have received up until 12 noon today have been answered, which leads me to believe we did not receive the message or it was sent to a different inbox. “As a new venture I have a lot of stock to buy all at one go. Ancient Wisdom not only gave me a huge choice of different gift items but their low minimum order with the option to pay a small order premium if I don't need that much has made stocking my new online gift store so much easier. Not only was the ordering process very easy, the delivery arrived very quickly. I'm over the moon with the products and they look very classy too!”

“Ancient Wisdom are our "One stop supplier", 90% of things we need to trade we can obtain from Ancient Wisdom. We have stopped using lots of suppliers as this just increases our shipping costs and reducing our profits. we are more than happy with AW :)”

“Highly concerned that AW are knowingly sending out faulty items, Shabby Chic Letters are being glued and it is noticeable. I sell these online and there would be serious consequences. Unacceptable Ancient Wisdom After telephoning and explaining the issue we were promised replacements. Which did not happen. Then a week later i get an email asking for a photo, then AW REQUEST ME TO RETURN THEM. I was also told they do not travel Well and that the makers glue them if they break. Where is the Logic in doing that ???”

Dear Angela, Thank you for your message. Yes, I do remember you explaining this - thank you and I apologize for any inconvenience. After seeing the photos I decided to offer a collection because we can then use them in our showroom. We do have some customers that purchase stock from us for their own arts and crafts projects and therefore we sometimes manage to sell damaged stock at a discount. It helps local artists and also helps the environment in terms of recycling. As we were closed over the bank holiday weekend, unfortunately, I was not able to book the collection for today for you so if you can let me know what would be the next best day for you, please, that would be great. I usually need 24h notice to book it with the courier. Your replacement items have been added to the current order and should be leaving us today. Once more many apologies for the inconvenience.
