“There is good and not so good here but easy to pass blame, all at AC handled it quickly and efficiently and a solution was found. I ordered one of your big Yoga Gongs which arrived and was gorgeous..........but i couldn't assemble it, the notches were not in alignment either on the top half or the bottom bar. As it was such a big item it was a pain to have to pack up and send back but i couldn't sell it on either in that condition. Your staff at AC couldn't have been more understanding and we soon found a solution that suited all concerned so thank you for sorting...... I will be ordering another one as i have had nothing but praise and positive comments for the first one - so fingers crossed”
