“Great products, but I would buy twice as much if you didn't go out of stock all the time...please try and keep plenty in stock for us to buy when required. Thank you”

“My biggest problem is continuity of supply, as I have very a very small storage area in the shop. I therefore need to make my orders little and often, this only breaks down when I cannot resupply from you”

“We have always found Ancient Wisdom to be reliable and efficient suppliers. If something is not right with your order they always sort it out with minimal fuss and staff are always helpful. Products are good quality, prices are always nice and low so profit margins do well. We like the huge range, and were very pleased when organic carrier oils were added to the catalogue. Ordering is easy and delivery is usually swift. An all round good supplier.”

“My only negative comment to an other wise very positive experience with shopping at Anicent Wisdom, is that one has to purchase a minimum order of £50.00 before VAT. I would use AW more if this band did not apply. This is due to the fact that quite often I don't need to place £50.00 orders. Kind regards”

Hi Yvette, Thank you for your feedback. The minimum order is mainly to discourage the general public from ordering from our wholesale website. We are running 'Gold Reward Scheme' and one of the advantages includes no minimum order if you reorder within 1 month from your last order. “Great service but i do think the room sprays are expensive. It is also very expensive for shops to have t pay the full price to use as testers; one has to have testers to sell this kind of product, and it would be a good idea to offer a discount to stores for the testers.”

“The last 2 times I have been to collect my orders and on both occasions my orders took about 40 mins to locate and were also incomplete. Each time the items that were missing were the items I needed most for my customers so I find this service very disappointing. No one informed me that the items were not in stock, had they done so I would have cancelled my order and bought elsewhere”

“I have recently ordered glassware which was showing in stock but there were no stocks of it left. The glassware goes out of stock for a very long time and when it comes back into stock I can only order a small quantity. Very frustrating”
