“I ordered two different types of favour boxes. One set (I ordered two packs) was sold to a customer for her impending wedding. They were returned to me along with damaging negative reviews from the customer because no matter how gently she and her party attempted to assemble them the front flap ripped. I tried myself and had the same result. I have been extremely unhappy with the damaging effects of the negative review I received and the lost of income as I had to pay return shipping and refund. In addition to this I also ordered some "jiffy" bags and was telephoned to say these were not in stock. I asked if I could order smaller but every single size below that was out of stock (and there were a number of sizes). I asked when they would be in stock again and she couldn't tell me. I ordered elsewhere. Very very unhappy.”

“I have just received my order and I must say I am absolutely delighted with the products received. They are just perfect for my gift shop and are of the finest quality that I try and achieve. The sitting Buddha is stunning to say the least and will most certainly be placing another order soon. Oh and the wooden puzzles perfect for something that little bit different. Thank you.”

“I always enjoy buying on line from this company (and I do spend a long time choosing) because the products are so diverse and I receive updates on new stock via email. The packaging is robust which ensures 90% of the time that there are no breakages. Also enjoy watching the videos supplied by all the staff at Ancient Wisdom. Visited on site recently and was very pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and hospitality offered by every person on site. It is good to see and touch the goods feel the textures and see the real colours/tones. Love the natural products wood, silk cotton Oils & fragrances. I shall continue to buy from Ancient Wisdom because to date I have found that I can trust the company particularly its packers:)”

“May is my second order with this company. I live in America and will continue to ship my products from this store! I buy Bath Bombs, Bath Fizzies, Souffles and the like from this store and I am never disappointed. I have a little trouble with payments sometimes but it's getting better! “I recently started stocking Ancient Wisdom products and have been more than happy with the service I received and the quality of my goods. My order arrived very promptly with a 1st order free gift which they even exchanged for me as it didn't suit my business. The second free gift arrived within 2 days and they took back the original gift with no quibble whatsoever. So far so good!”
