“I'm a relatively new business and I have since placed several orders, very happy with the items, great selection of products and adding new things on a regular basis. Delivery has been really quick! “I ordered from abroad and unfortunately had a few problems like missing items and faulty items and I was a bit disappointed. I did think it would be my first and last time of ordering with Ancient Wisdom.I contacted customer services halfheartedly thinking ,well this is a loss for me for sure,I've got to say that their customer service is top notch,their response is quick and they resolved my problems.It did restore my faith.Also I got an explanation to why things go wrong sometimes and I appreciate that. I've got to say that I have been dealing with a few companies lately but Ancient Wisdom's approach to dealing with things has been the best.Keep it up.”

“Good company to deal with. Deliveries are usually actioned quickly and efficiently. Delays at peak trading periods as you would expect. Some damages, but overall well packaged. I have used the bulk and dropshipping options. My main suggestion would be if there are OOS products, could we be told about it. It currently doesn't show on the web order and the refund email just shows a value being credited to my card. Now I am waiting wondering what is coming and what is not. Just a line on the notification email would be great. Also a previous reviewer spoke of CSV feeds for stock on the drop shipping site, I agree the more information me the sellers have the better. The more we can sell. Some of the drop shipping prices are very high so there is very little margin left, but the service is good. Lesa”

“We are very satisfied with our purchase. Delivery time was as expected, and everything arrived in great shape (including fragile items). This was our first order, and we were gratified to see that all products were as we anticipated based on descriptions and photographs on the site. We will certainly be ordering again.”

“Brilliant company. I use to drop ship and never had any problems. If a customer has a damaged item or it never arrives they will send out a replacement no problem. I have a few suggestions though. I notice a large amount of products on the wholesale part are not available dropship part. It would be good if all products were available so I can broaden my range. Stock is another suggestions I have as the CSV sheets don't show quantity just low, medium and high etc so when low I don't know how many are left, which means I could get caught out. Finally on stock a back in stock would be useful or a notification of low stock Aside from those suggestions a great company.”

“I have been buying LED lights from this company for the last few years. I had one bad experience but that was resolved immediately. In November 2015 I put in a reorder for my Christmas rush only to be advised they were out of stock and would not be available until end of January / start of February. Stock never arrived. After continuous communication goods eventually arrived into AW warehouse on 22nd March. I tried to place an order only to be told that I had to wait until they were checked and allocated back into stock. Eventually I got an email to say item was back in stock on 02nd April. I immediately placed an order which I received 06th April. I told all my 36 customers who wanted these items that I would have them available from 08th April as I needed to check the stock. Well its just as well I did as all the items were incorrect. I contact AW and they say their supplier sent them wrong items and they cannot resupply for another 3 months. So I make that around 8 months give or take a few weeks. They have done my reputation and business serious damage and now I have to tell 36 customers that it will be another 3 to 4 months before they get their goods. To say im angry is an understatement. By way of compensation they offered me my next delivery free. With VAT that comes to a meager £18.... Shame on you Ancient Wisdom. Peter. Northern Ireland”

Hi Peter I'm sorry about your bad experience, not very good I can see. But we are doing our best. I'm in China right now and yesterday got a message about an LED light product being labelled incorrectly in the last order. Unfortunately it seems it was your product :( But we are on it and trying to sort it out. The correct stock will be in the next container if at all possible. In the meantime is there another model we could supply that would do the job? The price is not an issue. Thank you for writing to me about your problem. I appreciate your feedback. “The website is clear. When I forgot my password the recovery was automatic and I reset my password and logged in quickly. When I do phone up the staff know there stock. I can either have it delivered or we could pick it up. When we have picked it up it has always been ready at the time stated. The email newsletters highlight the new stock. I have been a customer for years. I mainly buy candles and they are of good quality and burn evenly.”
