“As with the previous person, I also placed an order this week on Tuesday and paid for it there and then, it also just shows awaiting to be picked, this too is my first order and after a phone call yesterday to be told it will be arriving next Wednesday is poor service, in today's age I don't think an 8 day turn around is sufficient enough, I haven't received my items and I don't think that I will be reordering if this is your service, especially to new customers”

“Feeling rather concerned placed an order on Monday seeing all the positive 2 day deliveries am concerned that my order shows still waiting to be picked on Thursday especially as some of the products I've ordered now show out of stock as it's my first order concerned that I won't have all the products in time for the grand opening of my shop”

Hi Matthew, We do apologise for the delay. We had delivery of salt lamps and a number of orders for those were just crazy. We do usually have 2-3 days delivery times but sometimes especially when staff is not available we struggle a little. But we are trying hard to fix this issue. I've had a look on your order and it is being prepared in the warehouse for despatch today. Once again I do apologise for this. Kind Regards Tomas

“I received my first order! Every item was very well wrapped and packaged, the products have a good quality. Shipping for Greece takes for about 8 days. Contact team is always on point and very helpful & kind! The only thing for I am unhappy is that they forgot to put me my first bonus gifts, so I am waiting for them in my next order. I uggest you to buy from this company, it worths :)”

“Got my first order this morning 2 big cartons, every item i ordered where wrapped individually and plenty of bubble wrap, great saving me time to wrap them. Then the surprise was the added bonus on sign up £100 RRP worth of products also came with my order. so all i can say is well done Ancient Wisdom, happy with my 1st order.”

“Great products, however every order I have had with AW there is something wrong with the pictures I order, Today's order for example had 2 pictures with broken glass - yet again! It's either a warehouse problem OR cheap couriers that is causing the problem! We may have to look elsewhere for a Art Loft supplier! (Customer 257230).”

I can see one in the review however it is very small and I cannot access it to enlarge - many apologies for this. “customer service is quick to respond and very helpful Kerry is a credit to the team. the products so far have all been good ,the only slight grumble is the delivery time it says we aim for 1-2 working days but more like 4-5 working days however the rest of the package is worth waiting for and there's definitely worse out there ,the welcome gift was a nice bonus and will help with bulking out prizes in any competitions we may run, the selection on the website is good, but somethings are a bit scarce i.e. glass bottles I'm new to the store so hope these will be back in stock soon and a bit more selection would be nice. overall ancient wisdom is a great site to help small businesses to big businesses and you cant fault the service at all”

“Honestly the best wholesale company to order from! I love the informative emails from David about his travels, the products are absolutely amazing! The one big thing for me is the customer service, you cannot beat it! the quick shipping is fantastic too! i've recently tried another supplier for other products and was honestly shocked, this other supplier is nothing like Ancient Wisdom! I honestly cannot fault these guys, absolutely amazing! Thank you for helping my business grow!”
