“I am using AW for almost 7 years now. I am usually very pleased with their products, especially the essential oils which are really very good in very good prices. The last 2 years thought the variety of the products that I could use for my business is being gradually decreased, and I am continuously facing out of stock problem. Also, the quality of the packaging in international delivery has been decreased, quite often I receive products that are broken, or there are missing products from my orders, or there are wrong items in my order. The customer care department are always polite and nice, but they do not always respond fast enough. In general I am very content with this company and I will be very disappointed if I will be forced to replace them with another wholesaler .”

“I have been using AW for 3 years I was very pleased to start with but now finding more and more products out of stock. Some of the gem stones have now been out of stock for months, I don't want to find a new supplier as AW stones are so good but unfortunately I don't seem to have a choice. I was also very disappointed with the help I didn't receive from customer service with a problem on a recent order. To sum up my feelings, AW has great products with great prices when you can get hold of what you need but I do feel things have gone down hill since I started using them.”

“I am a small business and having used this wholesaler since 2007 I have been extremely pleased with their products and turn round time for deliveries and whilst I have noticed that some reviewers appear to have problems with items out of stock I have never had this problem myself. Always friendly and helpful I would not hesitate to recommend them . Thank you”

“I'm a small business and thought I'd found a great Wholesalers to purchase my stock from. I was really pleased with my 1st Order, but I am unable to order any more White Dragonfly Burners as they have disappeared although there is a picture of them. Not very happy as I now have to find something to replace them.....”

“This site always seems to be out of stock of anything worth buying. How do they expect retailers to order from them and use them as a supplier when they always run out of stock and it stays that way for months. If the stock situation was addressed I would use this company, however until I notice a change, I will not.”

“I reviewed the catalogues and found a lot of things I wanted were out of stock. I ordered alternatives, and still 2 items I ordered were not available, I think I also received a replacement alternative which is not what I wanted. I received an immediate refund and when I queried a few things the reasons were explained. I am not sure I accept that stone items may be unavailable for inordinate amounts of time due to unreliable suppliers. Change your suppliers then? You are one of the only wholesalers of this type of product at these prices. The items I did receive were good quality, especially the crystal pyramids which are stunning. The colours of the pendulums are not so good as the photos, I expect this is in some way due to stone variables but for example the yellow quartz is just not yellow, rather disappointing. The freebies are a nice idea thanks but unusable.”

“I placed an order on the 13th January and received it by the 19th, this is an excellent turn around time for wholesale purchasing. I've done business with some companies that have made me wait over 2 months for stock that had been paid for! There was an error in the order, some items being incorrectly added in place of what I'd ordered but a quick phone call to the helpful customer services ladies and it was sorted. Mistakes happen after all and I can't fault a company that is so quick to rectify them when they do. As for the products they are fantastic. Excellent fragrances, vibrant colours and above all else a great price. I can't wait to start selling them to my customers. I will definitely be purchasing from AW again.”

“We've been AW customers for a long time, the customer service from Lucy is appalling! Leaves a bad taste in your mouth! In early December, I asked questions about ingredients in a product and was promised twice, to get an email with information. This is end of January and I am still waiting. I chat with Lucy and this is what she tells me "you can leave a review if you would like to" rather than assist me. Terrible customer service”
