“Love all this site , very helpful when I needed samples , I buy to raise money for a craft shop I run for the kids of the soldiers on camp , would love to be able to get Forces Discount though , never a problem with delivery or any orders , you get what you order and the quality is OUTSTANDING”

“The website is clear. When I forgot my password the recovery was automatic and I reset my password and logged in quickly. When I do phone up the staff know there stock. I can either have it delivered or we could pick it up. When we have picked it up it has always been ready at the time stated. The email newsletters highlight the new stock. I have been a customer for years. I mainly buy candles and they are of good quality and burn evenly.”

“I ordered 20 oil burners. When they arrived every single one was faulty. Very poor. Had to return them all. I have been promised a refund. but This doesn't compensate for my list time. I spent ages ordering them. I had to wait in for someone to collect them all day and I've had to find a new supplier. I wasted loads of time. Very disappointing!”
