Hi Heather, Thank you for your email. Sorry that you have not received your delivery. I have looked into this for you and it is showing that it is out for delivery with the couriers today. They estimate that it will be with you between 4:46pm and 6:26pm. I don't know what it hasn't been out for delivery before now as they received it on the 9th November so should have been delivered to you on the 11th November. Then it got scanned back in at the depot and then seems to have been overlooked for some reason. I can only apologise for this. I will make a note on your account that any future deliveries that you have are with a different courier and I have also processed a refund for your shipping as an apology for the delay.
