“A lot of other companies could take a leaf out of Ancient Wisdoms book regarding customer support. They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to solve any issue. They deliver when they say they will and any refunds are in your account within a couple of days . Life would be a whole lot less stressful if every other company I deal with were as efficient and co operative. Many thanks”

“We love the products but often find you are out of stock of certain items we have ordered on the web. We especially like the Art so soft cushions and would also like to stock those that have been out of stock for sometime. The website is good, but would be better if it kept up to date with stock availability. We have found your customer service to be excellent.”

Hi Lesley, Thank you for your feedback. The Art so soft cushions have been reordered. They are made in China and unfortunately it will be a while until we get them back in stock. We do need to improve the stock management. Our IT team is working on a better system which will identify exactly which product lines need reordering and minimize the number of out of stocks. “Lovely unusual and good mix of items. Frustrating when you order items that show in stock for example old man tree just received notification in stock but only 2 sent out of 4 ordered. However do I understand I am only small stockist. Never any issues with damages etc and always well packaged. So overall very good service.”

“Excellent quality only thing I can't find on your site which in i wished you supplied is cup cake bathbombs, and maybe a bigger selection of Dream catchers .smells are great and long lasting on all fragrance products you supply. I Haven't looked at another supplier since the day I found your site . Delivery is quick and love the online chat .Keep up the good work”

“Genuinely excellent customer service. Staff take a personal interest in their customers and always go the extra mile to make sure that the best possible outcome is obtained regardless of what the issue may be. In this day and age of of self service, it is wonderful to be able to deal with a company who do not hide behind a dot com but are happy to speak to their customers personally.”

“Receiving an order from Ancient Wisdom is always like Christmas for me, products are of great quality and knowing who and where they come from and that they are fair trade is also very important. “The product quality is good and I like to see new and unusual designs particularly in the aromatherapy, fragrance and incense lines, the Zen Gardens are great but the bag which the sand is in needs to be thicker as the rough stones made holes in it and I had to rescue the sand and re bag it. The gold reward is great as I am not vat registered and it helps keep the prices down and I do enjoy the very welcome bottle of wine! The customer service is very helpful, polite and friendly both on phone and chat.”
